The Series 1988A $1 bills were introduced in April 1990.

2dollar 1976 As of January 1, 1990, approximately 350,000,000 to 450,000,000 $2 bills, up to Series 1976, were in circulation.
5dollar 1989

As of January 1, 1990, exactly 633,600,000 out of 1.3 billion $5 bills were Series 1988. Thus, there would be at least anywhere between 616,400,000 and 716,400,000 Series 1985 $5 bills remaining in circulation, the oldest ones made in mid-1988 at the latest.

The Series 1988A $5 bills were introduced in July 1990.

50dollar 1989 Prior to March 1990, only 70,400,000 Series 1988 $50 bills were made. Thus, there would be anywhere between 579,600,000 to 679,600,000 Series 1981A and 1985 $50 bills remaining in circulation, the oldest ones made in late 1984 or early 1985 at the latest.
100dollar 1989 Prior to March 1990, only 124,800,000 Series 1988 $100 bills were made, giving a total of 1,176,960,000 bills when added together with all the Series 1981, 1981A and 1985 bills. Thus, if 1.2 billion $100 bills were in circulation back then, there would still have to be some Series 1977 bills remaining.
