Logos[]

1984-1985[]

This was the first KingWorld logo when Jeopardy! premiered in September 1984. It was only used during the first season. Here, it is taken from the Jeopardy!: An Inside Look at America's Favorite Quiz Show DVD.

1985-1990[]

This logo was used nearly throughout the entire run of the Jeopardy set of the same era. But like other KingWorld logos from 1984-1994, when Game Show Network aired the first 10 seasons of Jeopardy!, it was plastered by the 1996 Columbia Tristar Television logo.

Prior to 1991, Wheel of Fortune had its own variants of the above logos.

1990-1999[]

From January 18, 1991 to the Fall of 1992, there was a longer variant of this logo without music. Starting on episodes with the 1992 closing announcement from Johnny Gilbert, the regular KingWorld logo was used with music and a voiceover saying "Distributed by KingWorld". GSN usually left the logo intact on Jeopardy! episodes from 1994 to 1999, as those episodes were produced by Columbia Tristar Television. Finally, episodes from 1996-1998 have the Jeopardy! music playing over this logo. It was last seen in 2000 on local Saturday reruns of this show and Wheel of Fortune, before it only appeared on GSN reruns.

1999-2007[]

Starting with Wheel of Fortune and Jeopardy! in 1999 (during Season 15). The logo lasted until around the 2006-2007 season. For other shows, sometimes there is a long variant of this logo. It was also seen on The Cat in the Hat, The Lorax and Dr. Seuss on the Loose, all on ABC Family from December 2006 to 2012.

2006-2007[]

The last KingWorld logo. It was only seen on Season 24 of Wheel of Fortune and Season 23 of Jeopardy! (beginning on December 25, 2006), as well as a few early episodes of the next season of those two shows in September 2007. After that, the logo was discontinued, but it might appear on Everybody Loves Raymond when rerun on TV Land. Within Wheel of Fortune and Jeopardy!, the logo was last seen in Summer 2008.

2007-2021[]

Today, CBS Television Distribution now distributes KingWorld's shows, such as Wheel of Fortune, and Jeopardy!. Of course, this logo also plasters over most of KingWorld's logos when reran on any cable television network.
