Game GuideEdit

IntroductionEdit

You begin in DK's treehouse, with a health meter of 1 watermelon (4 slices). Head to Cranky's Lab, and he'll tell you that if you want to go anywhere else, you must do training first.

  • Swimming - All you do is swim downwards to the coin.
  • Throwing Oranges - You pick up five oranges and throw them. For your reward, you'll win 20 Oranges.
  • Barrel Throwing - Press B then B again to pick up five barrels and throw them. Don't worry, they're not TNT Barrels.
  • Vine Swinging - Climb up the tree, and swing your way to the coin.

Once you're done, go back to Cranky's Lab and you'll get a free Simian Slam potion (similar to the Pound the Ground move from Super Mario 64). Cranky will also remind you that if you collect 15 Banana Medals, you'll get a surprise.

But wait!-- before you go, go to the cave to your right and collect 3 Banana Coins there (Banana Coin x 3). Now go to the other cave and Simian Slam the Kong Switch there.

DK Isles: Golden Banana #1Edit

Now that you're in DK Isles, you'll see a Tag Barrel and 5 Bananaport Pads. Activate them all, then swim out to K. Lumsy's island. Activate Bananaport Pad 1 there, then go inside the prison. After a long talk, you'll find your first Golden Banana near the entrance to Jungle Japes.

Leave the prison, take the Bananaport Pad 1, and claim your prize as you enter Jungle Japes. You'll notice that a wooden guy named B. Locker blocks the way to Jungle Japes. Make sure you have 1 Golden Banana before you enter (but you've done that, right?).

Jungle Japes: Golden Banana #1Edit

You'll start next to the first Bananaport Pad. Activate it, then climb up the tree, and swing on the vines to the Kong Switch (Banana x 5). Once the gate blocking the cave lowers, collect the Banana Coins (Banana Coin x 6), and head on to the large main area of the level. Diddy will be held up at the top. Before going anywhere, activate the next two Bananaport Pads, and another one far to your left (Banana x 10). Next, climb up the vine to Funky's Armory, then climb up a tree with a Banana Bunch above it (Banana x 15).

Battle Arena #1: Beaver BrawlEdit

If you wish to participate in a Battle Arena first, just press Z while standing on a Battle Arena Pad, and you'll teleport to that arena. Here, you survive the fight against three Beavers in 30 seconds. Once you've finished the battle (Battle Crown x 1), the pad will disappear.

Next, go to Funky's Armory and buy the Coconut Shooter there. It's worth 3 coins (Banana Coin x 3). It will also come with 50 pieces of ammo. Now leave the armory, swing on the vines to the cannon. Climb up the tree first (Banana x 20), then jump into the cannon. You'll blast yourself to the top of the level, where the Golden Banana is (Golden Banana x 2).

Jungle Japes: Golden Banana #2Edit

Diddy will then create Target Switches for DK (three of them, each above gates blocking the caves). Climb up yet another tree to collect another Banana Bunch (Banana x 25), then go down the hills (Banana x 31), activate the Bananaport Pad 2 along your way, and use your Coconut Shooter to pop the Banana Balloon (Banana x 41). Down near the first Coconut Switch, there's another Banana Balloon there (Banana x 51).

On the opposite side, another Banana Bunch is sitting near the Troff 'n' Scoff Portal (Banana x 56). On the other Bananaport Pad 3, you'll find another Banana Bunch (Banana x 61). Now use your Coconut Shooter to shoot at the switch. The gate won't open yet, so use Bananaport Pad 3 and shoot the Coconut Switch on that other side. Now go back to where Funky's Armory is, and shoot the Coconut Switch up there. Diddy will be free, and he'll leave a Golden Banana behind. Go back to the former prison, and claim your prize there (Golden Banana x 3).

Jungle Japes: Golden Banana #3Edit

Once that's taken care of, go to the cave on the left side. Defeat the Kasplat, and you'll get something called a Blueprint (Blueprint x 1). Make sure you get the Banana Coins first (Banana Coin x 6). Now go to Snide's HQ, and in return for the first Blueprint, you'll get a Golden Banana (Golden Banana x 4).

Jungle Japes: Golden Banana #4Edit

Your next destination is the cave in the middle. Activate Bananaport Pad 4 as you go, and collect the Bananas along the way (Banana x 70). As you make it to the end, it'll start to get all stormy and rainy. Pop the Banana Balloon (Banana x 80), and you'll automatically get your first Banana Medal.

Activate the other Bananaport Pad 4, then head over to Cranky's Lab. Pay 3 coins (Banana Coin x 3), and you'll get a Baboon Blast potion. Before you go, though, shoot the Coconut Switch above the lone cave, obtain the banana material (Banana x 85) (Banana Coin x 6), and jump inside the Rambi crate. Break open the teepees (there's four of them, each with a Kong Switch inside), then the Rambi wall that's blocking another cave.

Change back to Donkey Kong, and slam on the Kong Switch (Banana x 90). Luckily, you'll have unlimited time to get your prize, whether or not you use Bananaport Pad 4 (Golden Banana x 5).

Jungle Japes: Golden Banana #5Edit

Now climb up the tree to your left and swing on the vines there. Grab the Banana Coins (Banana Coin x 9), and press Z while standing on the Kong Pad. You'll get blasted up to the skies filled with barrels. These barrels will send you flying from one to another. Don't fall even once, and you'll get your prize (Golden Banana x 6). Don't forget the rest of the stuff you'll need for later (Banana Coin x 11) (Banana x 100).

Jungle Japes: Golden Banana #6Edit

Now that you're done, it's time to move on to Diddy Kong. Let's start by going to the cave to the right. Defeat the Kasplat inside that cave (Banana x 3) (Banana Coin x 3) (Blueprint x 2), then go to Funky's Armory and buy your own type of armor, the Peanut Popguns (Banana Coin x 0). Swing on the vines, and jump into the cannon (Banana Coin x 2). Go around the pillar (Banana x 10), then enter Snide's HQ for your first Jungle Japes Golden Banana (Golden Banana x 7).

Jungle Japes: Golden Banana #7Edit

Find Bananaport Pad 4 and use it to get to the stormy part of the level. There, slam on the Kong Switch (Banana x 15) and a cage that's holding a Golden Banana will open. You'll have 50 seconds to reach it (it's near Funky's Armory). Use Bananaport Pad 4 to make it on time (Golden Banana x 8).

Jungle Japes: Golden Banana #8Edit

Jump underwater before going to the mine. Underwater, you'll find some more Banana Coins and two Banana Bunches (Banana x 25) (Banana Coin x 5). Head over to Cranky's Lab, and you'll receive the Chimpy Charge (press Z + B to perform this move). This will cost you 3 coins (Banana Coin x 2).

Go back to where Bananaport Pad 2 is, and climb the tree for another Banana Bunch (Banana x 30). Now climb the other tree for another Banana Bunch (Banana x 35). Take the Bananaport Pad 2, and shoot the Peanut Switch as you find yourself near the top. Climb up to the hole of the pillar, and you'll find yourself in the mine area.

First, collect the Bananas you see in the mine (Banana x 45), and the Banana Coin on the crates (Banana Coin x 3). Shoot the Peanut Switch far away, and a bridge will appear. You'll have 30 seconds to cross it. Once you're there, collect the Banana Coin (Banana Coin x 4), and stomp on the Kong Switch. A Golden Banana will appear at the top. Leave the mine for now, and go up to the top of the pillar. As you collect your prize (Golden Banana x 9), a Bananaport Pad 5 will appear. Don't forget to pop the Banana Balloon (Banana x 55) before you go, though.

Jungle Japes: Golden Banana #9Edit

Go back inside the hole, and look for a new path in the mine. Once you see a group of wire walls, Chimpy Charge on all of them, then slam on the Kong Switch. The gates will open, and you'll find more banana material (Banana x 70) (Banana Coin x 5). Now slam the Kong Switch to leave, and go to a thinner area. Collect the coin there (Banana Coin x 6), then Chimpy Charge the off-on machine. The light will turn green, and the path that leads to the Mine Cart ride will be active.

As you claim your second Banana Medal (Banana x 75), the Mine Cart will take you on a dangerous ride. Here, the goal is to collect 50 coins. Instead of taking damage if you get it, you'll lose coins instead (similar to the way you play Wario Land II). After the ride ends, you'll win another Golden Banana (Golden Banana x 10). Before you leave, climb up the trees and collect the two Banana Bunches (Banana x 85).

Jungle Japes: Golden Banana #10Edit

On your way out, shoot the Peanut Switches to open the gate. Inside, collect the 3 coins (Banana Coin x 9), pop the Banana Balloon (Banana x 95), and collect your last Golden Banana for now (Golden Banana x 11).

Boss #1: Army DilloEdit

After that's done, go into the Troff 'n' Scoff Portal. Switch to Donkey Kong first, 'cause he's the Kong who will be fighting the boss for Jungle Japes. Feed Scoff 60 Bananas, and Troff will be able to reach the keyhole to open the boss door. Go into the door, and you'll be prepared for...

It's a stormy day here in Jungle Japes. An armadillo with rolls out from nowhere and opens large cannons loaded with fireballs. As the fight starts, Army Dillo releases four fireballs. Dodge them all, then throw the TNT Barrel. After getting hit, he'll then hide in his "shell" and start rolling around. Once he's done rolling, he'll throw nine more fireballs. You can then throw the TNT Barrel at him. On the third phase, he'll throw eleven more at a time. Momentarily, after you throw one more TNT Barrel at him, his cannons will fall off. No longer armed, he'll forfeit the battle, leaving behind a Boss Key.

After the fight, you'll be sent back to Jungle Japes, and the Troff 'n' Scoff Portals will disappear. Before you leave, there's one more Banana Coin for DK between the two vines near the Kasplat that took Diddy's Blueprint (Banana Coin x 12). Find a Tag Barrel, and switch back to Diddy. Collect your last Bananas (Banana x 100), and head back to the DK Portal. Leave Jungle Japes, and drop by at K. Lumsy's.

The Boss Key will get rid of Lock #1, and the bricks will move up, revealing the entrance to Angry Aztec. Go up to where the vines are, swing on them, avoid the Zinger, climb up the stairs, activate Bananaport Pad 2 in DK Isles, and enter the golden temple. The entrance to Angry Aztec will be blocked by B. Locker until you have 5 Golden Bananas or more.

Angry Aztec: Golden Banana #1Edit

Don't step on the quicksand, or you'll easily get damaged. Swing on the vines, and activate Bananaport Pad 1. After swinging on the second pair of vines, you'll find yourself outside. There's a llama trapped in a cage. He'll say that the key to his freedom is "in the clouds". First, activate the other Bananaport Pad 1, then climb up each of three of the four trees (Banana x 15). Now jump off the island (beware of the quicksand), and swing on the vine to Candy's Music Shop.

Pay 3 coins for the Bongo Blast and 10 uses of the instrument (Banana Coin x 9), then leave the shop. In addition, you'll get an extra watermleon on your health meter (8 slices total). Now it's Diddy's turn to get his instrument, the Guitar Gazamp. This one's also worth 3 coins (Banana Coin x 6).

Leave the shop, and hop back onto the island surrounded by quicksand. Find a tree that's closest to the vines. Swing on these four vines, and play your instrument on the Guitar Pad. Unless you do this, you cannot go any further in Angry Aztec. Ignore the llama while he's complaining about how itchy the quicksand is, and switch back to DK.

Collect the remaining banana material near the llama (Banana x 18) (Banana Coin x 11), activate Bananaport Pad 2, and move on. On the way, stop by at Cranky's Lab. Pop the two Banana Balloons (Banana x 38), activate Bananaport Pad 3, then enter the lab. This time, you must pay 5 coins for a new potion -- Strong Kong (Banana Coin x 6). This also comes with a limit of 20 Crystal Coconuts. Now get out and move on, find some more Banana Coins (Banana Coin x 9), and activate Bananaport Pads 2, 3 and 4.

Now you're in the wide, outer part of the aztec. Climb the small stairs (Banana x 42), then go around to the back of the llama temple and pop the balloon (Banana x 52). Now go back around and take the Barrel Blast Challenge. Be careful this time; some of the barrels will automatically send you blasting to another one. Fire yourself at the DK Star (if you make it), and the llama will be set free. You'll have to go back by taking Bananaport Pad 2 if you want to earn your prize (Golden Banana x 12).

Angry Aztec: Golden Banana #2Edit

While you're gone, three Kong Switches will appear around the llama temple. Now go back to where the DK Pad is (but don't blast yourself back to the Barrel Blast Challenge), and shoot the Coconut Switch above the entrance door. It will then open, and you can go inside. Activate the Bananaport Pads, then climb up and down the stairs, and collect the twelve Bananas along the way (Banana x 64).

Go up the stairs to the Bongo Pad (Banana x 67) (Banana Coin x 14), and play your instrument. The llama will wake up, and spit at the lava. It will turn into water that you can swim in. Find a small hole, and it'll lead to Lanky's prison. Shoot the Coconut Switch, and Lanky will be free (Golden Banana x 13).

Angry Aztec: Golden Banana #3Edit

Leave the small area, and find a Kong Switch. Slam on it. A door that's blocking a quicksand road will go up outside. Now you should leave the llama temple for a while. While you're outside, activate Bananaport Pad 4, find a tree, climb up that tree, and swing on the vines. Next to Bananaport Pad 5, you'll see a DK Barrel. Hop inside, and you'll become invincible. Head towards the quicksand road (Banana x 87) (Banana Medal x 3), and hop inside your first Bonus Barrel.

Stealthy Snoop 1Edit

You must find your way to the checkered flag within 50 seconds and without getting spotted by the enemies' searchlights. The prize -- your 14th Golden Banana, and the other Bananaport Pad 5. Use it to leave, then find some more stairs (Banana x 90) (Banana Coin x 17).

Angry Aztec: Golden Banana #4Edit

Hop in the Tag Barrel, and switch to Diddy Kong. Find Bananaport Pad 3, and go to Cranky's Lab. Buy the Rocketbarrel Boost, with the price of 5 coins (Banana Coin x 1).

As you leave, use Bananaport Pad 3 again, climb up the stairs (Banana x 3), and hop into the Diddy Barrel. On your first ride in the sky, grab the Banana Bunch hovering above the Melon Crate on the llama temple. (Do remember, Diddy Kong doesn't have any business inside the llama temple at all.) Fly up to the five-door temple, and slam on the Kong Switch up there. A statue will start to spin around with its mouth open. Go back inside the Diddy Barrel, and feed the statue four Peanuts. Target Switches will appear above each door at the five-door temple.

Find a Tag Barrel, switch back to DK, and head to the five-door temple. Locate the Coconut Switch, shoot it, and a door will open. You're now in a maze. You must shoot the Coconut Switches as you find your way to the Golden Banana. Two Banana Coins will also be sitting near the second Coconut Switch (Banana Coin x 19). After you collect your 15th Golden Banana, you must quickly leave the maze within 25 seconds or you'll get seriously shot by nobody's sniper.

Angry Aztec: Golden Banana #5Edit

Your last Golden Banana is the Blueprint for this level. Find two Coconut Switches in the first cave of Angry Aztec, and the door will move up. Jump into the Kong Barrel to become Strong Kong, and get the banana stuff in there (Banana x 100) (Banana Coin x 22). Defeat the Kasplat, and steal the Blueprint from the enemy (Blueprint x 3). Now leave and head on to Snide's HQ for your last Golden Banana in Angry Aztec (Golden Banana x 16).

Angry Aztec: Golden Banana #6Edit

Now it's Diddy Kong's turn to do Angry Aztec. First, go to Bananaport Pad 5, use it, and in the small area, shoot the Banana Balloon (Banana x 18). Now transport back, then go out back to the first outer area where Bananaport Pads 1 and 2 are. On your way, pick up five more Bananas (Banana x 23).

Above and surrounding the first Bananaport Pad 2, there is a Banana Bunch and more Banana Coins (Banana x 28) (Banana Coin x 6). There's also another Banana Balloon floating in front of the temple (Banana x 38). Next, go around to the left, find the Peanut Switch and shoot it. The door will then open.

As you enter, you'll notice that Tiny Kong is held captive in the temple. Find a Diddy Kong Switch, and slam it. Stepping platforms will be revealed. Climb up these steps (Banana x 41) (use the Back Flip most of all), and shoot the faraway Peanut Switch. Another bridge will appear with three Banana Bunches. Cross-walk on it and don't fall (Banana x 56), back flip onto the Music Pad, and play your guitar there (Banana Coin x 7).

The light will shine at the ice, melting it into water than you can swim in. Follow the trail of Bananas (Banana x 63) that lead you to Tiny Kong's prison, then locate the Chimpy Charge Switch (Banana Coin x 12). Platforms will appear under the letters K-O-N-G. Chimpy Charge them in the right order, and Tiny will be free (Golden Banana x 17)! But as for you, now you have to swim out.

Angry Aztec: Golden Banana #7Edit

After you leave, climb up the tree with a Diddy Kong Barrel above it. Jump inside, and fly to the roof of the temple. Defeat the Kasplat up there (Blueprint x 4), then jump back down (it's possible, you may lose 1/8 of your entire health meter). Now take Bananaport Pad 2 and go all the way to Snide's HQ. You will soon get your next Golden Banana (Golden Banana x 18).

Angry Aztec: Golden Banana #8Edit

Your next place to go is the five-door temple. Climb up to the second floor (Banana x 67), then go back down to the main floor and shoot the Peanut Switch above one of the doors. Go inside. After shooting the first Peanut Switch, go left, collect the coin at the dead end (Banana Coin x 13), then go back and head towards the other side. Shoot the Peanut Switch there, then turn right. Pop the balloon (Banana x 77) (Banana Medal x 4), then toss some Oranges at a group of Kremlings disguising themselves as TNT Barrels. These guys are blocking your coin (Banana Coin x 14).

When that's done, turn to the opposite side to reach your third Golden Banana (Golden Banana x 19). And like before, you have to get out within 25 seconds, or something bad might happen!

Angry Aztec: Golden Banana #9Edit

Now that you're out, go to the opposite side of where Snide's HQ is. Go up the stairs (Banana x 80) and Chimpy Charge on all the gongs on each of the four corners. Also, don't forget the Banana Bunch up the tree (Banana x 95) (Banana Medal x 4). Another temple will arise from the ground, four stories tall. At the top is another Golden Banana, but you're gonna have to use Rocketbarrel Boost to get it (Golden Banana x 20). After you get your prize, a Trombone Pad will appear.

Angry Aztec: Golden Banana #10Edit

This one's not easy. As you use your Rocketbarrel Boost for the last time, you are to free some kind of buzzard by flying through the center of the sun figure (Banana x 100). After he flies free, talk to him as he approaches you, and he'll challenge you on your flying skills.

It's just like The Manta Ray's Reward from Super Mario 64, except it's harder. Here, you fly through 10 rings that the buzzard leaves trails of without even failing. During this time, you have unlimited Crystal Coconuts, until you're done with the challenge, and the Golden Banana appears in the center of the sun figure (Golden Banana x 21).

To leave, use Bananaport Pads 2 then 1, and the DK Portal won't be too far ahead.

Jungle Japes: Golden Banana #11Edit

On your way back to Jungle Japes, your next Kong will be Tiny. In the first cave, follow the trail of Bananas (Banana x 5) (do not use Bananaport Pad 1), take the cave to your left, defeat the second Kasplat you see (Blueprint x 5) (Banana Coin x 3), then head to Funky's Armory and buy the Feather Bow, worth 3 coins (Banana Coin x 0). Then jump up to the roof of the store, and jump again to reach Snide's HQ. You'll earn another Golden Banana (Golden Banana x 22).

Jungle Japes: Golden Banana #12Edit

Now enter the cave where Bananaport Pad 4 is (but don't use it). Turn right when you see the storm ahead, and follow the trail of Bananas to some pond (Banana x 12). In there, swim through the five coins (Banana Coin x 5), jump out, pop the balloon above the pond (Banana x 22), and head to Cranky's Lab.

In there, buy the Mini-Monkey potion, worth 3 coins (Banana Coin x 2). Find the Tiny Kong Switch (don't forget to pop the balloon and collect the Banana Bunch above one of the trees first) (Banana x 42), and slam it. You'll then have 30 seconds to fetch for another Golden Banana (Golden Banana x 23).

Jungle Japes: Golden Banana #13Edit

Go back to the cave where you defeated Kasplat for your Blueprint, until you see a gate. Shoot the two Feather Switches, and a gate will open. Activate the last Bananaport Pad 5, then find a Tiny Barrel. Jump onto the mini mushroom, giving you a high spring, and keep trying until you land on the tree stump. Inside the stump is a hole, and underneath is a Golden Banana (Golden Banana x 24). After you get your prize, the cage in front of you will open automatically so you can get out.

Jungle Japes: Golden Banana #14Edit

This one's SHOCKING PAINFUL. First collect the Banana Bunch in front of the beehive (Banana x 47), then jump inside the Tiny Barrel. Now get inside while you're still miniature-sized.

Above you, there is a giant-sized bee. Take the cave to your left, and there, pop the floating balloon (Banana x 57). Stock up on some Oranges, defeat the purple Klaptrap, and slam on the Tiny Kong Switch. Another gate will open, and it's the middle cave. Make sure you collect the coins on your way (Banana Coin x 4). This time there's two purple Klaptraps. Defeat them both, then slam on another Kong Switch. The last gate will open, and it's the cave on the right as you enter.

Now comes the shocking painful part. There's two giant bees here, with the second highest platform containing a ring of Bananas (Banana x 65), and a Golden Banana at the top. Defeat those bees (use your Feather Bow), then quickly grab the treasure before the bees come back (Golden Banana x 25).

Jungle Japes: Golden Banana #15Edit

Now that you're safe outside, jump back inside the Tiny Barrel and walk through the logs with Banana Bunches (there are two with three each) (Banana x 95) (Banana Medal x 5). Also use Bananaport Pad 5 to warp to the top of the pillar for more coins (Banana Coin x 9).

Now jump off (beware if you lose one piece of the health meter), then go back to the first cave. Find the Feather Switch, and jump inside the Bonus Barrel (Banana x 100).

Splish-Splash Salvage 1Edit

The goal here is to collect 10 coins while avoiding the starfish within a minute. Six are found in the lowest portion, four are in the middle of underwater. If you finish the bonus game with some health lost, your entire health meter will recover (Golden Banana x 26).

Banana Fairy IslandEdit

Now leave Jungle Japes and go to someplace you've never been before -- Banana Fairy Island. There, activate Bananaport Pad 5, then jump into the Tiny Barrel to enter the small entrance. Talk to the Banana Fairy, and she'll give you the Banana Camera Film (limit of 10) (press Z + C-right to turn it on), as well as the Super Slam (press and hold B).

After you leave, don't go back to Jungle Japes yet. Super Slam the two DK Dirt Piles for two 5-Banana Coins (Banana Coin x 32, 24, 10, 19, 10).

Jungle Japes: Golden Banana #16Edit

Now it's Lanky's turn. Find a Tag Barrel to switch to him, then jump into the first body of water. You'll find more banana material there (Banana x 5) (Banana Coin x 12). Next, jump off and go into the cave with Bananaport Pad 4. Turn right as you go, and take a picture of your first Banana Fairy (Banana Fairy x 1). She gives you one extra Crystal Coconut and piece of Banana Camera Film to your limits. Then go to the opposite side (Banana x 6), and defeat the Kasplat (Banana Coin x 15) (Blueprint x 6). Remember to pop the balloon as well (Banana x 16).

Before you go to Snide's HQ, pay a visit to Funky's Armory to get your Grape Shooter, worth 3 coins (Banana Coin x 12). You'll also have to visit Cranky's Lab to get your Orangstand move, also worth 3 coins (Banana Coin x 9). Now go to Snide's HQ and get your prize from Snide for the sixth time (Golden Banana x 27). After you leave, don't forget the treasures next to the HQ and above the tree (Banana Coin x 14) (Banana x 26).

Jungle Japes: Golden Banana #17Edit

Go back to the Bananaport Pad 4 cave, where you defeated Kasplat. Orangstand up the two hills (Banana x 37) for practice. Up one of the hills is a Bonus Barrel.

Speedy Swing Sortie 1Edit

You must get 9 coins within 40 seconds here. Climb up the tree, and swing on the vines as fast as you can without falling. The last coin is on the other tree. This is also good for practice so you don't fall into anything perilous later on. After you come out and the barrel breaks, a Golden Banana will appear in its place (Golden Banana x 28).

Jungle Japes: Golden Banana #18Edit

Turn to the opposite side, and collect the five Bananas around the big boulder (Banana x 42). Go back out to the stormy area. There's a Banana Bunch on the tree near the Lanky Kong Switch (Banana x 47). Pop the balloon floating near it (Banana x 57), then slam on the Kong Switch (Banana x 62).

The cage wires to your Golden Banana will lower. Since the distance is much longer, you'll have 60 seconds (Golden Banana x 29).

Jungle Japes: Golden Banana #19Edit

You'll need Diddy's help for this. First, have him shoot the Peanut Switch for you so that you can Orangstand up to the entrance. Before you go in, though, wipe out the DK Dirt Pile (Banana Coin x 37, 29, 19, 24, 15) (Banana x 65).

You're in another cave. There's nothing yet, so you're safe for now... but not for long, once you stomp on the pegs. First, collect all the Bananas and Banana Coins there are (Banana x 95) (Banana Coin x 21) (Banana Medal x 6), then stomp on the pegs.

Now comes the part where I told you you wouldn't be safe anymore-- five bees appear from nowhere. Unless you don't hurry up and kill them, you're in danger. You'll also have to shoot them from underneath of where they are. The only thing you have is your Grape Shooter, so you'll need to stock up to your current maximum limit of 50 pieces before you start.

When all five are killed, the DK Island portrait will slide in halves, revealing your 30th Golden Banana. A Banana Fairy will also appear. Take a picture of her before you leave (Banana Fairy x 2). She'll give you another extra Crystal Coconut and Banana Camera Film piece to your limits, making them 22 and 12.

Jungle Japes: Golden Banana #20Edit

Your last Golden Banana is in the cave on your way back to the lobby. Find the Grape Switch, shoot it, and get inside the Bonus Barrel (Banana x 100).

Mad Maze Maul 1Edit

In this slightly harder mini game, you defeat five enemies in the entire maze then head for the checkered flag. Remember, they're all Kremlings. That wasn't so hard now, was it (Golden Banana x 31)?

Angry Aztec: Golden Banana #11Edit

Next stop is Angry Aztec. But don't take Bananaport Pad 2; instead, Super Slam the DK Dirt Pile as you go the longer way (Banana Coin x 42, 34, 26, 29, 20). Swing on the vines to avoid the quicksand, then use Bananaport Pad 1. Underneath the Tag Barrel surrounded by quicksand, collect the four Banana Coins then Super Slam the DK Dirt Pile for 5 more (Banana Coin x 47, 39, 31, 38, 25).

Before you go anywhere, drop by Candy's Music Shop. Buy the Saxophone Slam for only 3 coins (Banana Coin x 35), then go to the temple. Find the Feather Switch to the right, and shoot it. The door will open, allowing you to enter. Find a Tiny Barrel, then jump into the water (Banana x 5). Defeat all the Klaptraps, and you'll earn your first Golden Banana in the level (Golden Banana x 32).

But don't leave yet, though; you still need to get 4 more coins somewhere in this place (Banana Coin x 39), and you must pop 3 balloons in the area of your former prison (Banana x 35).

Angry Aztec: Golden Banana #12Edit

Don't take Bananaport Pad 2; instead, go into the tunnel. On your way, defeat the Kasplat with purple hair (Blueprint x 7). Collect the coins (Banana Coin x 42) and the Bananas (Banana x 45), then climb up the tree and swing on the vines high across the quicksand. Around Bananaport Pad 5, there's more treasures to collect (Banana Coin x 47) (Banana x 50).

Now find Snide's HQ and you'll get another Golden Banana (Golden Banana x 33).

Angry Aztec: Golden Banana #13Edit

Go back the way you came, until you see the llama temple. Find the small hole that only a Mini-Monkey can fit in (Banana x 53) (Banana Fairy x 3), then jump into the Tiny Barrel (make sure you have 23 Crystal Coconuts). You'll automatically collect two more Bananas (Banana x 55).

Activate Bananaport Pad 2, avoid the Kasplat 'cause you're not supposed to deal with him, and slam on the Tiny Kong Switch. Platforms will rise from the escapable lava with fireballs coming out of it. What I mean 'escapable', it means that if you fall into the lava, you can quickly hop out without instantly dying.

Make your way through the lava by slamming on the Kong Switches (Banana x 65) until you reach the Golden Banana (Golden Banana x 34). Now that you've collected it, you have to get out. Take Bananaport Pad 2 if you want to leave the easiest way. Don't forget the three Banana Coins near the Tag Barrel (Banana Coin x 50).

Angry Aztec: Golden Banana #14Edit

As you leave, find a Tag Barrel if you fell into the lava too many times. Your next stop is the five-door temple. The trail will include 5 more Bananas and let's not forget the five trees with Banana Bunches above them (Banana x 95) (Banana Medal x 7).

Find the door with the Feather Switch, shoot that switch, then go inside. Shoot the first switch you see in there (Banana Coin x 51), and go left. Jump into the Tiny Barrel, find a small hole in the wall, and take a picture of the Banana Fairy in that area (Banana Fairy x 4). You'll then have 24 Crystal Coconuts in your limit, and 14 pieces of the Banana Camera Film.

As you keep on going (Banana Coin x 52), shoot the next Feather Switch you see. Go right, and beware of the bees as you collect another coin (Banana Coin x 53). They'll poop out green bombs onto the ground. After you collect your prize (Golden Banana x 35), you still have to get out... within 25 seconds, again.

Angry Aztec: Golden Banana #15Edit

This one's the hardest task of all. First, find the Tiny Barrel near the four-story temple (Banana x 100), and play the Saxophone Slam. Squawks will take you up to the roof, where you will be dropped to a race between you and a Scarab. You must slide down the entire course while collecting 50 coins, and you must beat this Scarab.

If you win, you'll win the prize (Golden Banana x 36)! You'll also be sent back outside, to the bottom of the four-story temple.

Angry Aztec: Golden Banana #16Edit

Find a Tag Barrel, and switch to Lanky Kong. Use Bananaport Pad 2, and go to Candy's Music Shop for the Trombone Tremor. It's worth 3 coins like the other instruments (Banana Coin x 31). Then go back to the temple with the angry face on it. Take a long swim to the area where the Lanky Kong Switch is (Banana x 9), then jump out and high to reach the Kong Switch (Banana x 14).

Some bird creature will come out, holding a Golden Banana in its clutches. It's pretty dark, so if you want to get your prize that badly, you have to find its light. Shoot the bird above the light of the Golden Banana five times, and it'll let it go (Golden Banana x 37). The water will then drain, and you can teleport yourself from the Battle Arena Pad.

Battle Arena #2: Kritter KarnageEdit

This is your second Battle Arena, and it's still quite easy. Three Kremlings appear here, and you have 30 seconds to survive the battle (Battle Crown x 2). Once you're finished, find some more coins (Banana Coin x 34), then leave.

Angry Aztec: Golden Banana #17Edit

Next is the llama temple. Locate the Grape Switch, then go inside the temple. Collect the six Bananas on the stairs (Banana x 20), and the Banana Bunch above Bananaport Pad 1 (Banana x 25). Find a Music Pad, and play your Trombone Tremor on there. A bridge will appear. Jump into the Bonus Barrel at the top.

Teetering Turtle Trouble 1Edit

Keep the turtles spinning for 45 whole seconds. If all the turtles are still spinning as time runs out, you win (Golden Banana x 38). After you're done, swim back to your former prison and pop the two balloons (Banana x 45).

Angry Aztec: Golden Banana #18Edit

Next, go up until you see another Grape Switch. The locked doors will open, sliding in halves. It's another room, with two Kremlings, some lava, and a memory-matching game. Defeat the Kremling twins, and some vines will appear above the lava. And don't worry, it's escapable lava like before.

Here, you'll find a Banana Bunch and two coins (Banana x 50) (Banana Coin x 36). Slam on the Kong Switch to play the memory match game. To make a match, hit two monkey heads that make the same sound. Use your Grape Shooter for this. After you make eight matches, the prize will fall down near you (Golden Banana x 39).

Angry Aztec: Golden Banana #19Edit

Before you leave, take Bananaport Pad 2 and fight off the Kasplat for your 8th Blueprint. After you leave the llama temple for the last time, find Bananaport Pad 4 near Funky's Armory and collect the coins around it (Banana Coin x 41).

Then climb up the tree on your way to Snide's HQ for another Banana Bunch (Banana x 55). In return, Snide will give you again, another Golden Banana (Golden Banana x 40).

Angry Aztec: Golden Banana #20Edit

Leave Snide's HQ, and find four more trees with Banana Bunches above each of them (Banana x 75) (Banana Medal x 8). Your last Golden Banana is in the five-door temple. Locate the Grape Switch, and shoot it, then go through the door below it.

Shoot the first Grape Switch in the maze, then go left. Pop the balloon (it's pretty fast) (Banana x 85), then continue on. Shoot the next Grape Switch, and then turn right. It's another Bonus Barrel.

Big Bug Bash 1Edit

Swat four flies within 60 seconds. This one's frustrating, if you're not good at this game. But once you learn, you'll get the hang of it (Golden Banana x 41). This time, you have 30 seconds to quickly get yourself out of here.

Boss #2: DogadonEdit

Find Bananaport Pad 3, and use it to take yourself quickly to the Troff 'n' Scoff Portal. Make sure to collect the banana stuff, though (Banana x 90) (Banana Coin x 45). Now stand on the pad and feed all of your bananas to Scoff, then switch to Diddy Kong, and feed 20 more. Troff will turn the key, and open the lock so you can go through the door.

You're on a filthy, burnt platform surrounded by lava that gobbles anyone up except whoever made the area. A miniature firefly is spinning around Diddy, and he swats it dead. The big Dogadon then emerges behind him, and is not pleased of Diddy's actions. The fight then begins. Dogadon spits out five fireballs in the first round. Dodge them all, then throw the TNT Barrel directly at the big creature. It will then fall into the lava, swim around it, and emerge again. Let's do remember that since the platform has edges, you'll easily die if you run off the platform and fall down into the lava yourself.

Anyways, on the second round, Dogadon spits out another five fireballs, flies west, and spits out five more to make ten. Throw another TNT Barrel after the fire fades away. On the final round, Dogadon spits five fireballs, flies west, spits five more fireballs, flies west again, and spits out five last fireballs to make 15. One more TNT Barrel will send that creature away for good (Boss Key x 2).

As you leave Angry Aztec, jump in the Tag Barrel and switch to Lanky. Do NOT take Bananaport Pad 3. Instead, carefully cross the bridge that leads back through the path (Banana x 95), then go out and find Bananaport Pad 2. Use it, then find the exit (but do not take Bananaport Pad 1) (Banana x 100). Eventually, you'll reach the DK Portal.

Go back to K. Lumsy's prison, and the second lock will fall off. The platform that leads to Frantic Factory will go up, the door that's blocking the entrance will slide off, and the cage blocking Gloomy Galleon will go up.

DK Isles: Golden Banana #2Edit

Swim to K. Rool's Island, but make sure you're Donkey Kong while you're at it. Climb up to where the vines that lead to Snide's HQ are, and jump down (but not too far, or you'll have to start over with a loss of 1/8 of your health meter). If the timing is right, you'll land next to a Target Switch. Shoot it, and a cage holding a Golden Banana will be released (Golden Banana x 42).

Now jump down again and climb back up to the vines. This time, go up to the third floor, until you see Bananaport Pad 4. Activate it, then go up the stairs to the entrance to Frantic Factory. You only need 15 Golden Bananas, but you have 42, which is way more than enough, right? So just go inside, that's all that matters.

Frantic Factory: Golden Banana #1Edit

Let's remember, Chunky's in a dangling cage in the basement. But instead, we should free him later. Right now, just activate Bananaport Pads 1, 2 and 3 first. Use your Oranges to kill off the Toy Kritters (Note: They each give you two melon slices, although they only take off one at a time). Then slam on the switch (anyone can do it).

The entrance to the basement will open. Go there first (Banana x 11) (Banana Coin x 50). Your first location is the four-story Production Room. There's a large machine in this room, and inside the room are the Bananaport Pad 4's. Go around the machine, activate the first Bananaport Pad 4, then go through the door that reads "Storage Room". Collect the Bananas as you go (Banana x 15), then slam on the switch.

The wire doors to the right of the lobby will open. They lead to the second floor of the factory. Now climb up the boxes, and shoot the balloon (Banana x 25). Turn left to enter Cranky's Lab for your next potion, the 7-coin Gorilla Grab (Banana Coin x 43). This allows you to pull levers when you stand behind them.

Go back down to the basement, and blast yourself from the DK Pad. You'll find yourself in your third Barrel Blast Challenge. The first three blasts will add you three Banana Bunches if you do not miss (Banana x 40). For your fourth Banana Bunch (Banana x 45), if you make the shot, you'll instead have to start over to a previous barrel. This time, shoot through the ring, and you'll reach the DK Star. Balst through it, and a lever will appear next to the Donkey Kong arcade game.

Turn around if you're facing the camera, and avoid Tiny Kong's Kasplat as you climb up the pole. Activate Bananaport Pad 5 when you reach the end of the path, then pull the lever that's next to the arcade game, and you're ready to play.

Donkey KongEdit

Here, unlike the normal game, you actually get 1 life in stock (but you can still get another if you collect enough points, giving you 2 lives). You must survive through all 4 levels. It's a pain at first, but with a lot of practice, you'll eventually be able to do it. In fact, the difficulty level is almost equally the same as the Dogadon battle you'll be doing later in the game.

After you win this game for the first time, the Golden Banana will appear from nowhere and fly into your arms (Golden Banana x 43). Then Squawks will arrive and tell you to beat the game again if you want another cool prize. Do what he says (Banana Coin x 41). This time, Pauline will be replaced by a Nintendo Coin. This coin has the Nintendo 64 logo on it, and you're on Level 2, in which 1000 more bonus points are added, and instead of getting 300 points for collecting Pauline's dropped things, you'll earn 500.

Frantic Factory: Golden Banana #2Edit

Leave after you collect the Nintendo Coin. Use Bananaport Pad 1 to send yourself back to the lobby, then turn right and climb up the pole that leads to the second floor. Find the path leading to the 16 squares (Banana x 50). Don't forget to capture the Banana Fairy (Banana Fairy x 5). She'll add another Crystal Coconut and Banana Camera Film to your limits, totalling them to 25 and 15.

Pop the balloon before you do anything in the small room (Banana x 60), and make sure you collect the coins as well (Banana Coin x 44). The numbers will go up, and you'll have 60 seconds to slam them in the right order. You slam 16 numbers here, because it's a 4x4 grid. Don't let the numbers confuse you, 'cause the grid is upside down. If you slam all the numbers within the time limit, a Golden Banana will appear. But it's too high to reach, so you'll have to backflip to collect it (Golden Banana x 44).

Next stop is the most upper floor, the R&D room. Activate the other Bananaport Pad 2, then go through the plain door that doesn't lead anywhere. Avoid the enemies, collect the coins (Banana Coin x 47), and pull the lever. Two cages will slide over, one of them revealing the third Battle Arena Pad.

Battle Arena #3: Arena AmbushEdit

Your third Battle Arena challenge. It's a bit tougher this time. You'll have 45 seconds, and you must fight off two enemies -- a Kasplat and a typical Kremling. Depending on what Kong you have, the Kasplat will release the same color of shock waves. You'll get nothing if you defeat the Kasplat, so the only way to recover is if you defeat the Kremling.

Frantic Factory: Golden Banana #3Edit

After the end of the challenge (Battle Crown x 3), go to the small room with another balloon for you to pop (Banana x 70), then jump down the hole. You'll go back down to the basement. Shoot the Coconut Switch you see, and enter the high voltage room. Collect the Banana Bunches and the coin (Banana x 85) (Banana Medal x 9) (Banana Coin x 48), then pull the lever.

The screen you're watching will go static, then turn blue and say "Online checking". After it says "Auto Production", something will happen to the machine. Your prize will also appear in the room you're in (Golden Banana x 45). Now get out.

Frantic Factory: Golden Banana #4Edit

Go inside the machine. It's full of dangerous obstacles, but with the magic of a Strong Kong, you can hop through. There's three more Banana Bunches inside (Banana x 100), and another prize of yours at the end (Golden Banana x 46). As you leave, don't transform back to a normal Kong yet. If you do, jump back inside the DK Barrel first, then leave.

Frantic Factory: Golden Banana #5Edit

Your last thing to collect is your Blueprint. Find the Lanky Kong Switch, then jump up the elevator lift. Climb up the machine without falling (if you fall, you may lose a piece of your health meter each time). Things will get difficult when you reach the spinning platform. You'll know what's gonna happen if you miss it. So don't miss, and you'll be taken to the other Bananaport Pad 4. Activate that pad, then jump inside the Tag Barrel if you lost any health.

Now continue on by jumping on the elevator platforms. Go past the Diddy Kong Pad, and you'll eventually see the Kasplat you're looking for. Defeat it (Blueprint x 9), then jump down and risk yourself by losing another piece of your health meter. If you don't want to take the risk, go back to Bananaport Pad 4. To get to Snide's HQ, go back to the Storage Room, use Bananaport Pad 1, go up the pole that leads to the second floor, then turn left. Climb down, activate Bananaport Pad 3, and that's where you'll find Snide's HQ (Golden Banana x 47).

DK Isles: Golden Banana #3Edit

Get back to the lobby by using Bananaport Pad 3, then find the DK Portal. You'll be sent back to the lobby. Pull the only lever that's in here. The elevator platform will start to move. Play your bongos, and Squawks will deliver another Golden Banana for you. But as he leaves, he'll drop it on the floor, so you'll have to climb down to get it (Golden Banana x 48).

Frantic Factory: Golden Banana #6Edit

Now it's Diddy Kong's turn. First stop is the machine room. Defeat the Kasplat in here (Blueprint x 10), collect the bananas around the machine (Banana x 12), then go back to the lobby and use Bananaport Pad 3 to get to Snide's HQ (Golden Banana x 49).

Frantic Factory: Golden Banana #7Edit

Before you go anywhere, go back to the basement (Bananaport Pad 1 is the quickest way) and stop by Cranky's Lab. Buy the 7-coin Simian Spring (Banana Coin x 32). This move allows you to go high up from a Diddy Kong Pad.

Now go back to the machine room. Find the Diddy Kong Switch, slam it, and a Golden Banana will appear for practicing the Simian Spring. Use Bananaport Pad 4, hop across the elevator platforms, and cross the spinning paths to reach the Diddy Kong Pad (Banana x 27). Spring high up for your prize (Golden Banana x 50)!

Frantic Factory: Golden Banana #8Edit

Next stop is the second floor. To get there quickly, go back to the lobby, use Bananaport Pad 2 (that'll take you to the third floor), and climb down the pole. Collect the five coins first (Banana Coin x 37), though. Simian Spring and backflip up your way to the Bonus Barrel. Collect the Banana Bunches while you're at it (Banana x 52).

Peril Path Panic 1Edit

Rescue six Banana Fairies from being eaten by Klaptraps within 60 seconds. The goal is to keep shooting the Klaptraps with your watermelon ammo while they have their mouths wide open. Simian Spring again if you want your prize (Golden Banana x 51). Then jump off. You'll probably lose yet another piece of your health meter anyway.

Frantic Factory: Golden Banana #9Edit

Go up to the R&D room, and find the Guitar Pad. Play your instrument on the pad, and the glass wall will slide over. Enter the room and pop the three balloons (Banana x 82) (Banana Medal x 10). Chimpy Charge through the numbers in any order you see on the doors. Enemies will appear from the door you chose:

  • 1342: Two Robotic Zingers and a Toy Kritter appear.
  • 3124: Two dice and a domino appear.
  • 4231: Two Toy Kritters appear.

Finish all three challenges, and a Golden Banana will appear (Golden Banana x 52).

Frantic Factory: Golden Banana #10Edit

Find the hole that leads back to the basement, and collect the coins around it (Banana Coin x 42). Slam the Kong Switch. Vines will appear, and at the end is another Bonus Barrel. You have 20 seconds to swing across and jump inside.

Beaver Bother 1Edit

This one's tough. You play as a Klaptrap. You must scare 12 Beavers into the hole within 60 seconds. If you fall into the hole yourself, you'll lose. If you accomplish this bonus game, you'll fall down, and so will the Golden Banana (Golden Banana x 53).

You're still not ready to free Chunky Kong yet, 'cause you're still forgetting something. Go back to the second floor, and find the way to Funky Kong's Armory. Collect all the bananas in the area (Banana x 90) and activate Bananaport Pad 5 as well.

Funky's got something new for you -- an Ammo Belt upgrade. The limit for your ammo is now doubled, from 50 to 100. And it's only 3 coins (Banana Coin x 39). After you leave, take Bananaport Pad 5 and you'll automatically collect another Banana Bunch (Banana x 95). Then collect the bananas as you go back down to the Production Room (Banana x 100).

Frantic Factory: Golden Banana #11Edit

It's Tiny's turn now. Go back to where Funky's Armory is, and shoot the balloon (Banana x 10). Then use Bananaport Pad 5 again to send yourself to where your Kasplat is (Banana Coin x 58). Defeat the enemy (Blueprint x 11), and drop by Snide's HQ for your next Golden Banana (Golden Banana x 54).

Frantic Factory: Golden Banana #12Edit

Now leave, and pop the balloon before you go anywhere (Banana x 20). Now go back up to where you see the Donkey Kong arcade game, and jump inside the Tiny Barrel. Go through the small hole (Banana x 25) and you run straight through another shiny prize that you really love (Golden Banana x 55).

Frantic Factory: Golden Banana #13Edit

Grow back to normal, then go to Cranky's Lab for a while. Buy the Ponytail Twirl for 5 coins (Banana Coin x 53).

Now go to the machine room. Climb up from the beginning until you see a balloon. Pop that balloon (Banana x 35), then use Bananaport Pad 4 to send yourself up to the middle of the machine. Collect the coins around the pad (Banana Coin x 58), then use it back to ground floor. Find the Kong Switch, and slam it. Go back to the area where you got your coins by using Bananaport Pad 4, and climb up the spinning paths. Use the Ponytail Twirl for safety (Banana x 55). After you make it, twirl a long distance to the Bonus Barrel.

Krazy Kong Klamor 1Edit

The goal is to shoot the Golden Banana 10 times without hitting a Kong. If you hit a Kong, you'll have to shoot another Golden Banana more to win. It'll be tough, but with some practice, you can do it (Golden Banana x 56).

Frantic Factory: Golden Banana #14Edit

Practice the Ponytail Twirl again for more prizes you need (Banana Coin x 61) (Banana x 60). If you feel like you're about to fall down, use the Ponytail Twirl to safely land. But be careful -- if you already look like you're about to fall down off balance, you can't use the Ponytail Twirl at that time, and you'll automatically lose a piece of your health meter as you land.

Now go back to the lobby. Turn right (Banana x 63) (Banana Coin x 66), and go along the path that leads to the second floor (Banana x 70). Find a Tiny Barrel, jump inside, and squeeze through the path (Banana x 80) (Banana Medal x 11). Slam on the Kong Switch, and shoot every picture on the wheel you see on the panel. Doing so each time will make the wheel spin faster. After seven hits, the prize will fly directly at you (Golden Banana x 57), and another Banana Fairy will appear in the area with Funky's Armory.

To escape, you must use the Mini-Monkey again. Go to the area with Funky's Armory, and capture the Banana Fairy there (Banana Fairy x 6). You'll get lots of goodies -- limits of 26 Crystal Coconuts, 16 pieces of the Banana Camera Film, 25 Oranges, and the DK Bonus option.

Frantic Factory: Golden Banana #15Edit

Your last Golden Banana is the toughest. Go to the top floor and through the plain door. Follow the trail of Bananas (Banana x 90) and jump inside the Tiny Barrel. Go through two holes and you'll be challenged to a race. The goal is to finish first place around 2 laps of the course while collecting 10 coins. Don't give up, just keep practicing and you'll get the hang of it (Golden Banana x 58). After you leave, take Bananaport Pad 2 back to the lobby, go left, and collect the last Banana Bunches in the level (Banana x 100).

Frantic Factory: Golden Banana #16Edit

Next, it's Lanky Kong. Start in the Production Room. Climb up the boxes (Banana Coin x 48) (Banana x 5) and make your way to Cranky's Lab. Buy the 5-coin priced Baboon Balloon (Banana Coin x 43). Now use your Orangstand to climb up to the Kong Switch (Banana x 10). Slam the switch, and the cage that Chunky's in will fall. Chunky will then be free (Golden Banana x 59)!

Frantic Factory: Golden Banana #17Edit

But you're not ready for Chunky Kong yet, though. Your next stop is the machine room, as Lanky Kong. Use Bananaport Pad 4 to take yourself to the upper part of the machine. Hop on the elevator platforms (Banana Coin x 46), then pop the balloon near the Troff 'n' Scoff Portal (Banana x 20). Now Orangstand up your way to the Golden Banana (Banana x 45) (Golden Banana x 60), then jump off to lose another piece of your health meter.

Frantic Factory: Golden Banana #18Edit

Take Bananaport Pad 1 to get back to the lobby, and Bananaport Pad 2 (Banana x 55) to get to the R&D room. Collect the Bananas around the room (Banana x 65), then defeat the Kasplat (Blueprint x 12). Use Bananaport Pads 2 and 3 to head on to Snide's HQ (Golden Banana x 61).

Frantic Factory: Golden Banana #19Edit

Now go back to the R&D room, collect the coins around the path to the second floor (Banana Coin x 51), then find a Trombone Pad. Play a tune on there, and the room will now open. Pop the balloon before you do anything (Banana x 75) (Banana Medal x 12). Now stomp on the Kong Switch to start the challenge.

You must repeat the tune that the Kremlings burp out. There are six keys. You start with a combination of three to stomp on. The last combination contains seven. If you make it to the end, a Golden Banana will pop out of one of the keys (Golden Banana x 62).

Frantic Factory: Golden Banana #20Edit

Go down to the second floor. Collect the coins behind the boxes (Banana Coin x 55), then find your first Lanky Pad. Blow yourself up to the Bonus Barrel.

Batty Barrel Bandit 1Edit

Line up four Bananas and get three jackpots each time within 45 seconds.

You'll fall down on the floor, and your prize will fall down on you (Golden Banana x 63). But you're not going anywhere outside the factory yet. Go back to the machine room, climb up the machine without taking Bananaport Pad 4, and collect the three Banana Bunches (Banana x 90). Now jump off the machine, and go inside. Pop the balloon floating inside (make sure you don't go through it) (Banana x 100), then leave the machine. Go back to the lobby and exit through the DK Portal. Find a Tag Barrel, and switch to Chunky Kong.

Jungle Japes: Golden Banana #21Edit

Your first duties are in Jungle Japes. Collect the coins to your right (Banana Coin x 28), then take Bananaport Pad 1. Backflip twice to collect your first Banana Bunches (Banana x 10), then stop by Funky's Armory. Spend your first 3 coins on the Pineapple Launcher (Banana Coin x 25).

You'll start with 100 pieces of ammo, since you got the Ammo Belt upgrade earlier. Collect the bananas around the boulder and the X (Banana x 15), then pick up the boulder, and throw it at the wall (Golden Banana x 64).

Jungle Japes: Golden Banana #22Edit

Simian Slam three times on the X to create a trap door to a cave. Go along the path (Banana x 30), and you'll find yourself in the darkest place of the level. It's so dark, the only lights you get are the candles shooting out fireballs. The cave also comes with an endless pit that will send you back to the beginning of the cave.

Shoot the left eye Target Switch, and vines will appear that will lead to another Golden Banana (Golden Banana x 65) (Banana Coin x 28).

Jungle Japes: Golden Banana #23Edit

Swing back to where you were, and shoot the right eye Target Switch. Defeat the Kasplat, swing on the vines, and grab the blueprint (Blueprint x 13). Just drop by Snide's HQ to claim your golden prize (Golden Banana x 66).

Jungle Japes: Golden Banana #24Edit

Next stop -- the Bananaport Pad 4 cave. In fact, before you even go to Cranky's Lab, climb up the tree and jump on the roof of Cranky's Lab for a Banana Bunch (Banana x 35). Now go inside the lab for two potions -- the Hunky Chunky and the Primate Punch, for a total of eight coins (Banana Coin x 20).

Leave the lab, and head to the cave to your left. Pop the three balloons (Banana x 65), destroy the boulder by throwing it at a wall, revealing a Banana Bunch (Banana x 70), then stomp on the Kong Switch.

Now you must head out of the cave and collect your Golden Banana near Snide's HQ within 50 seconds (Golden Banana x 67). It's a long, long run.

Jungle Japes: Golden Banana #25Edit

Your last job to do in Jungle Japes is another bonus game. Go to the area with Bananaport Pad 5 (Banana x 80) (Banana Medal x 13), and jump inside the Chunky Barrel. Climb up the trees with four Banana Bunches before you go inside the Bonus Barrel (Banana x 100).

Mine Cart Mayhem 1Edit

You're in a mine cart ride above a pool of lava. Survive for 30 seconds without hitting the TNT Barrel. After the challenge, you'll no longer be Hunky Chunky, so if you want your prize, you must be Hunky Chunky again to get it (Golden Banana x 68).

Angry Aztec: Golden Banana #21Edit

Next stop is Angry Aztec. Say good-bye to Jungle Japes, and take DK Isles' Bananaport Pad 2 to reach the aztec. First swing on the vines, then shoot the two Pineapple Switches to open a door. Collect the four Banana Bunches in the small area (Banana x 20) while avoiding those darned bees. You're in the dark, so it's not gonna be easy. You must pick up the pots that match with the pads containing the same symbols. Place four pots on the right pads for your treasure (Golden Banana x 69).

Angry Aztec: Golden Banana #22Edit

Now leave the horrible, creepy area and head on out (Banana x 25). Swing on the vine to send yourself to Candy's Music Shop for your own instrument worth 3 coins, the Triangle Trample (Banana Coin x 17).

Leave the shop, then go around the temple where Tiny Kong used to be imprisoned. There's four coins (Banana Coin x 21). Shoot the Pineapple Switch and you'll be able to go inside. Jump into the water, and swim to the area where the Kritter Karnage Battle Arena Pad used to be. Shoot the balloon (Banana x 35), then go back to where you started in the temple. Collect the five Banana Bunches (Banana x 60). There's also three more coins on another corner (Banana Coin x 24).

The path with four bananas (Banana x 64) will lead to your first Triangle Pad. Play your instrument, and you'll see your Golden Banana -- but wait, now it's disappeared. The music will play really fast with the clock also ticking. Here, you fight off all the Klaptraps you see. Don't worry, they're toothless. After the battle, your prize will come back to you (Golden Banana x 70). Now leave the temple.

Angry Aztec: Golden Banana #23Edit

Do not take Bananaport Pad 2; instead, enter the tunnel. Find a Chunky Barrel, get inside, knock over the enemies, pick up the large boulder, and carry it to the cage. Hop into the Bonus Barrel.

Busy Barrel Barrage 1Edit

Survive for 45 seconds while shooting unlimited pineapples at the Kremlings.

Angry Aztec: Golden Banana #24Edit

Grab your prize (Golden Banana x 71), and move on. Collect ten Bananas around the center of the level (Banana x 74), then six more on the stairs near Snide's HQ (Banana x 80) (Banana Medal x 14).

Find the Pineapple Switch in the five-door temple, and shoot it. Get inside, and shoot the Pineapple Switch in there. No more Pineapple Switches yet, just some banana material to collect (Banana Coin x 27) (Banana x 100). There's also a DK Dirt Pile to sweep out (Banana Coin x 53, 44, 60, 71, 32).

The maze is so large, you'll probably never find your way to your second Pineapple Switch. It's near the Kasplat you have to defeat (Blueprint x 14). Shoot it, and a new path will open with another coin (Banana Coin x 33) and a Bonus Barrel.

Kremling Kosh 1Edit

You must hit 18 Kremlings within 60 seconds. Tough mini game. Grab your prize (Golden Banana x 72), and once again, you must leave before you get killed. Since this is a large maze, you'll have 40 seconds to escape.

Angry Aztec: Golden Banana #25Edit

Nothing to do anymore, really, just deliver your Blueprint to Snide (Golden Banana x 73). After you're done, take Bananaport Pads 2 and 1, and say good-bye to Angry Aztec.

But there is one more thing you can do. Switch to Tiny Kong and shoot the Feather Switch to reveal a small path to a group of bees. Shoot those bees, then go back and switch to Chunky Kong. Jump inside the Chunky Barrel and slam on the switch in the center. The wall will turn around, revealing a green Wrinkly door.

Frantic Factory: Golden Banana #21Edit

Before you even go to the DK Portal that leads to Frantic Factory itself, Primate Punch the "?" Box with a Banana Fairy and a Kasplat in it. Don't defeat the Kasplat; instead, capture the Banana Fairy (Banana Fairy x 7). You will then have 27 Crystal Coconuts and 17 Banana Camera Films.

Now you're ready for Frantic Factory. First collect the Banana Bunch on Bananaport Pad 1 (Banana x 5), then turn left. Pop the balloon (Banana x 15), and collect the coins around the path to the basement (Banana Coin x 38). Climb down the pole (Banana x 25), and follow the path to the Production Room.

Collect the banana material around and on Bananaport Pad 1 (Banana Coin x 43) (Banana x 30), then Primate Punch the wire wall. Wipe out the DK Dirt Pile that you can hardly see (Banana Coin x 58, 49, 65, 76, 48). Destroy the "?" box, and slam on the Kong Switch. A Golden Banana will break out, but you still can't see, so Primate Punch the Chunky button. Not only the room will light up, but the platforms will start to move up and down. Cross them all to reach your prize (Banana x 45) (Golden Banana x 74).

Frantic Factory: Golden Banana #22Edit

Go up the pole that leads to the Donkey Kong arcade room. Don't go to the room itself; Primate Punch the wire wall, collect the coins (Banana Coin x 51), and jump in the Bonus Barrel.

Stash Snatch 1Edit

Collect six coins, then find the checkered flag within 60 seconds. You're in another maze, and there's enemies present (Golden Banana x 75).

Frantic Factory: Golden Banana #23Edit

Leave the area, and go to the machine room. Slam on the Chunky Switch. A Golden Banana will appear at the top of the machine. And you'll have 99 seconds, which is 1 2/3 minutes. Use Bananaport Pad 4; it's the quickest. Now wait for the spinning platform to approach where you are, and wait for the squisher to go up. The Golden Banana will be there (Golden Banana x 76). Don't forget the Banana Bunches and the coins before you go (Banana x 65) (Banana Coin x 55).

Frantic Factory: Golden Banana #24Edit

Go back to the second floor and defeat the Kasplat (Blueprint x 15). Before you climb down to Snide's HQ, pop the balloon first (Banana x 75) (Banana Medal x 15). Collect the banana material from Bananaport Pad 3 (Banana Coin x 58) (Banana x 80) as well, before you enter (Golden Banana x 77).

Frantic Factory: Golden Banana #25Edit

Your last stop is the R&D room. Chop off the wire wall, and play your trombone to open another room. Pop the balloon (Banana x 90), then collect the bananas on the left and right (Banana x 100). Now Primate Punch the Chunky button. One enemy will pop out of the chest -- a dice cube, followed by two toys after you defeat the dice, then some dominoes, and finally, a whole army of enemies will come out, emptying the chest.

The enemies will merge together into one big monster. Jump inside the Chunky Barrel and fight, fight, FIGHT! Primate Punch the monster to take it down. You will have unlimited Crystal Coconuts, and the Hunky Chunky music will not play. Keep hitting it until all of its pieces fall apart, and your prize will show up (Golden Banana x 78).

Boss #3: Mad JackEdit

It's not the end of Frantic Factory yet. You still have one more thing left -- the boss battle. Feed 200 Bananas, then you're ready to fight the boss as Tiny Kong.

It's a jack-in-the-box monster. Keep running away from it, and after it pops out, avoid the fireballs it throws from its hands (ala Super Mario Bros), then slam the switch the same color the monster's standing on. This will cause a shock on the jack-in-the-box. After three electric shocks at the boss, it'll start shooting lasers. After four electric shocks, it'll turn invisible. It'll take a total of five electric shocks to destroy the jack-in -the-box.

Now say good-bye to Frantic Factory. But unlock the third lock in K. Lumsy's prison, nothing will happen, really. Your next destination is Gloomy Galleon, which is underwater of K. Rool's island. You need 30 Golden Bananas, but you have 78, so don't mind trying to get past B. Locker.

JetpacEdit

Before you go anywhere, you must go to Cranky's Lab first to play a game, for collecting 15 Banana Medals. It's simple -- just collect 5,000 points as you play, and you must also collect the Rareware coin that flashes rainbows. At the end, instead of "Game Over Player 1", you'll see "Rareware Coin Collected".

Gloomy Galleon: Golden Banana #1Edit

So go ahead and activate Bananaport Pads 1 and 2, now that you're out of Cranky's Lab. Turn left and shoot the two Coconut Switches to open a gate. Raise the water level to high, so that you can reach Bananaport Pads 5 and 1. Now backflip to the DK Pad and blast yourself!

Like before, you may end up starting back to the beginning if you don't select the right barrel. Here, you'll find three Banana Bunches and two coins (Banana x 15) (Banana Coin x 60). Shoot through the DK Star and the seal will open a path near Candy's Music Shop.

But it's on the other side of Gloomy Galleon, which requires Diddy's Peanut Popguns if you want to open the gate. Watch out for a new enemy called a Kosha -- this enemy can take down two melon slices at a time, and cough up two melon slices each time you defeat one.

Now head on out to Candy's Music Shop as Donkey Kong (activate Bananaport Pad 4 first), and buy the upgrade to 15 uses of your instruments (Banana Coin x 55). Leave the shop, and the seal will suddenly... give you a Golden Banana (Golden Banana x 79).

Gloomy Galleon: Golden Banana #2Edit

Enter the hole in the wall, and you'll be challenged by a race. You must race the seal for two laps, while collecting 10 coins and motoring through the route exactly where the arrows point at. If you miss more than five times, you automatically lose. After the race, you'll receive another prize (Golden Banana x 80).

Gloomy Galleon: Golden Banana #3Edit

There's four more coins for you on one of the wreckages (Banana Coin x 59). Let's not forget the Bananaport Pads 2 and 5, either. Find a Music Pad with bongos on it, and play your bongos. You'll then have 60 seconds to find the hole in the ship where you are to go to. It's dark in the ship, so you'll be given a waterproof light to help you see.

Inside, there's three coins and 10 more Bananas to collect (Banana Coin x 62) (Banana x 25). Look carefully, and you'll find a Bonus Barrel.

Krazy Kong Klamor 2Edit

It's like before, you have 60 seconds, except this time, you must shoot the Golden Banana 15 times without hitting a Kong (Golden Banana x 81).

Gloomy Galleon: Golden Banana #4Edit

Leave the ship for now. Switch to Lanky Kong for a little bit, and swim through the Enguarde crate. You must jump from the water through the DK Star several times to open a gate that leads to a treasure room. Once you're there, switch to Diddy Kong and Simian Spring up to the Bonus Barrel.

Stealthy Snoop 2Edit

It's a little more difficult, and you get 70 seconds this time. After you claim your prize (Golden Banana x 82), a Bananaport Pad 4 will appear somewhere on the treasures.

Gloomy Galleon: Golden Banana #5Edit

Go back inside the Tag Barrel and switch back to Donkey Kong. Use Bananaport Pad 4 to take down the Kasplat for your 16th Blueprint. Now go back to the Bananaport Pad 1 area, lower the water level, and you'll make it to Snide's HQ (Golden Banana x 83).

Gloomy Galleon: Golden Banana #6Edit

Last stop for Donkey Kong -- the lighthouse. Slam the Kong Switch to enter. There's a lot of Bananas to collect (Banana x 55). And the thing you're climbing up, it's like you're going "to the top of the fortress", based on Super Mario 64. Once you're at the top, pull the lever. The lighthouse will electrify, which means that it'll be working again. A pirate ship will enter the galleon. Your reward is downstairs, so you'll have to jump down and lose some more health to get it (Golden Banana x 84). Don't forget the DK Dirt Pile in the lighthouse (Banana Coin x 67, 54, 70, 81, 63).

Gloomy Galleon: Golden Banana #7Edit

After you leave, pop the balloon (Banana x 65). There's another balloon to pop near the two explosive barrels (Banana x 75) (Banana Medal x 16). Go back to the Bananaport Pad 1 area and switch to Lanky Kong. As Enguarde, break open the wooden door. There's ten more Bananas for Donkey Kong (Banana x 85). Now take Bananaport Pad 5 to the other area and swim all the way down to search for three more Banana Bunches (Banana x 100).

Then take Bananaport Pad 5 again to send yourself back, and now, it's Diddy Kong's turn. Rocketbarrel Boost up to the ship. Simian Slam the switch, jump off the ship, and Rocketbarrel Boost yourself to the top of the lighthouse (Golden Banana x 85).

Gloomy Galleon: Golden Banana #8Edit

Fly directly at the three coins you see (Banana Coin x 57), then pop the balloon (Banana x 10). Go back to the beginning by Bananaport Pad 1, and shoot yourself by cannon to Cranky's Lab. Collect the 5 coins there (Banana Coin x 62). Now go back to the Bananaport Pad 1 area and fly up to the top of the lighthouse. Collect the Banana Bunches (Banana x 30), then play your guitar on the Music Pad. You'll then have about 90 seconds to get to an open hole.

Take Bananaport Pad 5, and swim underwater around the hole for four more Banana Bunches (Banana x 50). Swim through the mechanical fish. Shoot the bee above you, and you'll be able to save time. When the spinning thing displays an X, shoot the pointy part of the heart, and you'll have 100 seconds to shoot the entire heart by its corners. The prize will shortly appear (Golden Banana x 86).

Gloomy Galleon: Golden Banana #9Edit

Go back to the Bananaport Pad 1 area and defeat the Kasplat (Blueprint x 17). Snide's HQ won't be that far (Golden Banana x 87).

Gloomy Galleon: Golden Banana #10Edit

Go to the widest area of the level, pop the balloon (Banana x 60), and play your Guitar on the pad. You'll then have 60 seconds to swim to your part of the ship. Inside, 14 Bananas are waiting for you (Banana x 74). After that, swim through the Bonus Barrel.

Splish-Splash Salvage 2Edit

It's easier this time, but not as easy as you think. You only need to find 8 coins within 60 seconds.

After you're done (Golden Banana x 88), leave the ship. Now swim to the path to the treasure room (Banana x 80) and pop the balloon that you forgot to pop after playing Stealthy Snoop (Banana x 90). Swim underwater until you see a Troff 'n' Scoff Portal. Collect the ten bananas (Banana x 100).

Gloomy Galleon: Golden Banana #11Edit

Tiny Kong is next. Go back to the first area, shoot yourself at the cannon, swing on the vines and you'll find a Kasplat with purple hair (Banana x 8) (Blueprint x 18). Use Bananaport Pad 3 (after you've activated it) (Banana x 13), and pop the balloon (Banana x 23) before you go inside Snide's HQ (Golden Banana x 89).

Gloomy Galleon: Golden Banana #12Edit

Teleport back by using Bananaport Pad 3. Collect nine more bananas (Banana x 32) while defeating the Kremling and avoiding the Kosha. Find the Tiny Kong Switch, slam it, and swim to the ship within 30 seconds.

Here, you'll find two Banana Bunches (Banana x 42) and another Bonus Barrel.

Kremling Kosh 2Edit

This one's tougher than before. You must hit 22 Kremlings within 60 seconds. Now that you're done, escape from the ship and move on (Golden Banana x 90).

Gloomy Galleon: Golden Banana #13Edit

Search underwater until you see a Tiny Barrel. Enter the bottle's tip, and find the Bonus Barrel in the bottle.

Big Bug Bash 2Edit

This time, you must swat six flies within 60 seconds. Tougher than before, yeah (Golden Banana x 91)?

Glooomy Galleon: Golden Banana #14Edit

Go to the Music Pads and play your saxophone. Then swim to the big ship within 60 seconds. Collect 18 bananas in there (Banana x 60), and capture the Banana Fairy as well (Banana Fairy x 8). Now go back to the Bananaport Pad 1 area, and search for 5 more coins down below (Banana Coin x 86). Then swim through the Tiny Barrel and squeeze through the tiny hole.

It's a mermaid, and she's lost her pearls. She's also acting the same way the Banana Fairy does. Collect the three coins while she's talking to you (Banana Coin x 89).

Now go to the treasure room and collect the Banana Bunch (Banana x 65), then jump inside the Tiny Barrel. Squeeze through the keyhole of the treasure chest, and you'll encounter five clams. Steal the pearls from each one, then leave. Head back to the Mermaid's Palace. You'll get another Golden Banana (Golden Banana x 92).

Gloomy Galleon: Golden Banana #15Edit

You're not done yet. Go back to the treasure room and pop the balloon (Banana x 75) (Banana Medal x 18), then pop another balloon where you defeated Diddy Kong's Kasplat (Banana x 85). Switch to Chunky Kong for a little bit, and have him shoot the Pineapple Switches. The gate will open, and you can switch back to Tiny Kong. Inside this tiny area, you'll find more coins (Banana Coin x 92) and three more Banana Bunches (Banana x 100).

Since you can't find Tiny Kong's last Golden Banana in this level, skip to Lanky Kong for now. Collect the five bananas near the exit (Banana x 5), and defeat the Kasplat (Blueprint x 19). Now use Bananaport Pad 3 to get to Snide's HQ for your prize (Golden Banana x 93).

Gloomy Galleon: Golden Banana #16Edit

Switch back to Tiny Kong after you leave the hideout. Go to the Music Pads and play the saxophone. Swim to the ship within 60 seconds, and locate two coins (Banana Coin x 94) plus a free Golden Banana inside the ship (Golden Banana x 94).

Gloomy Galleon: Golden Banana #17Edit

Tiny Kong is done now, so switch back to Lanky Kong. Collect the Banana Bunch under the Enguarde crate (Banana x 10), then pop the balloon floating around the outer area (Banana x 20). Find the Lanky Switch and slam it. Head to the wreckage within 30 seconds.

In here, collect five more bananas (Banana x 25), then swim through the Enguarde crate. Break open all the chests, and collect the coins inside the room (Banana Coin x 77) (Banana x 30). You'll suddenly swim through your treasure (Golden Banana x 95).

Gloomy Galleon: Golden Banana #18Edit

Use Bananaport Pad 5 to get to the other area. Swim through more banana material (Banana x 35) (Banana Coin x 80), then through the Enguarde crate. Break open the crates, some containing Banana Bunches (Banana x 50) and other, a Golden Banana (Golden Banana x 96).

Gloomy Galleon: Golden Banana #19Edit

Locate another Banana Bunch below water (Banana x 55), then find the right Music Pad of the five, and play your trombone on it (Banana x 60). Swim to your portion of the ship within 60 seconds.

Collect some Banana Bunches (Banana x 75) (Banana Medal x 19) and some coins (Banana Coin x 83), as well as your favorite treasure (Golden Banana x 97).

Gloomy Galleon: Golden Banana #20Edit

Last stop, the treasure room. Baboon Balloon your way up to the top (Banana x 80), where a Bonus Barrel awaits.

Searchlight Seek 1Edit

With unlimited watermelon ammo, shoot four Klaptraps with the lights turned off, except for your flashlight.

That's your last Golden Banana (Golden Banana x 98), but you're still missing 20 more Bananas. First, have Chunky Kong punch down the wire net that's holding two balloons. Have Lanky pop those (Banana x 100).

Gloomy Galleon: Golden Banana #21Edit

Now it's Chunky Kong's turn. Before you go on to collect any Golden Bananas, do a Battle Arena challenge first.

Battle Arena #4: More Kritter KarnageEdit

This time, four Kremlings appear, and you have 45 seconds to fight them off (Battle Crown x 4).

Go to the small area before the exit (Banana Coin x 66). Make sure you have two Bananas between Bananaport Pads 1 and 2 (Banana x 2). Carry the large cannonball to the cannon. You'll have 40 seconds to shoot at a hovering target. You get six shots. If you run out, just keep trying (Golden Banana x 99). Pop the balloon before you go (Banana x 12).

Gloomy Galleon: Golden Banana #22Edit

Collect the Banana Bunch on Bananaport Pad 2 (Banana x 17), and more banana material along the way to another Banana Fairy (Banana x 22) (Banana Coin x 69). To find her, break open the first chest (Banana Fairy x 9). The second chest is just a set of headphones that recovers your use of musical instruments. The third chest is... a Golden Banana (Golden Banana x 100)!

Gloomy Galleon: Golden Banana #23Edit

Go to the Bananaport Pad 1 area. Slam on the ship. You'll land inside the ship, with five Banana Bunches (Banana x 47) and more coins (Banana Coin x 72). It'll take some practice using the Primate Punch to chop off five barrels containing a Golden Banana inside (Golden Banana x 101).

Now things will get stretchy and dizzy. You have to get out of the ship safe and sound.

Gloomy Galleon: Golden Banana #24Edit

Collect the coins around Bananaport Pad 1 (Banana Coin x 75), then find the Triangle Pad. A hole will open near the Enguarde crate. You have 60 seconds to reach it. It's on the other area, in fact. Collect some more coins (Banana Coin x 78), then swim inside the Bonus Barrel.

Batty Barrel Bandit 2Edit

It's like before, you must score three jackpots within 45 seconds (Golden Banana x 102).

Gloomy Galleon: Golden Banana #25Edit

The last thing you need is the Blueprint from Kasplat (Blueprint x 20) (Banana Coin x 83). Pop the balloon before you go (Banana x 57). Also, locate the lowest portion of underwater for three more Banana Bunches (Banana x 72). Find Snide's HQ, and you'll immediately get your last prize in Gloomy Galleon (Golden Banana x 103).

Now take Bananaport Pad 3 to get three more Bananas (Banana x 75) (Banana Medal x 20). Backflip above Bananaport Pad 2 in the other area for five more Bananas (Banana x 80), plus another ten from a balloon (Banana x 90). Locate underwater some more, and find ten more bananas around (Banana x 100) near the Troff 'n' Scoff Portal.

Boss #4: PuftossEdit

This boss battle costs 250 Bananas, and can only be fought with Lanky Kong. It's a pufferfish that spits out fireballs, and it's not very difficult.

Motor through the DK Star. More of it will appear everywhere, and you get 30 seconds to swim through them. Each time you succeed, you get five seconds taken off each time, and you must motor fast to keep shocking the boss. It'll also let out shockwaves of its own. The DK Stars also get smaller each time.

After the pufferfish blows up in the air dead, another Boss Key appears. This key opens the fourth lock in K. Lumsy's prison and the cannon that blasts you to the Fungi Forest cabin. While you're in the lobby, to switch Wrinkly Kong doors, have Donkey Kong pull the lever. Also, to release a Banana Fairy, shoot the Feather Switch, if you can see it (Banana Fairy x 10).

Fungi Forest: Golden Banana #1Edit

This course is a toughie, as you have to switch through day and night. Activate Bananaport Pads 1 through 4, then go through the tunnel that leads to Bananaport Pad 3 (Banana x 5). Find Cranky's Lab and buy the 5-coin worth Super Simian Slam potion (Banana Coin x 67).

This move gives you a stronger Simian Slam, because instead of green shockwaves, you get blue shockwaves. Now activate the other Bananaport Pad 3, use it to go back, and go through the Bananaport Pad 1 tunnel (Banana x 10).

Activate the other Bananaport Pad 1, and enter the barn. Break open the crate holding the Kong Switch (Banana x 15), then slam the switch itself. The gates will open. Pop the balloon you see (Banana x 25), then pull the levers in this order -- 2, 1, 1, 3, 2.

A Golden Banana will appear in the night-only cage. Super Simian Slam to get out. Now go up to the clock tower to switch to nighttime, which makes the bees turn into bats, and makes Koshas appear. Use Bananaport Pad 1 to get to your Golden Banana (Golden Banana x 104).

Fungi Forest: Golden Banana #2Edit

Head to the thorny vine maze (Banana x 30). Don't touch it, though. Defeat the Kasplat after you go around (Blueprint x 21). Now switch the clock back to daytime, so that you can get access to Snide's HQ (Golden Banana x 105).

Fungi Forest: Golden Banana #3Edit

Once again, get back to the clock tower and switch to nighttime, then go back to where you got your Blueprint. Find the DK Barrel, turn into Strong Kong, and slam the Kong Switch (Banana x 35) to open the barn door. Enter, and destroy the crate (Banana x 40). Destroy another crate at the top, and you'll find another Banana Fairy (Banana Fairy x 11). Go back down and slam the Kong Switch. Within 25 seconds, go up and swing the vines to the Bonus Barrel.

Mine Cart Mayhem 2Edit

It's tougher than last time. You must avoid two TNT carts for 45 seconds during the ride in your own mine cart above boiling lava. Collect your prize (Golden Banana x 106), and don't forget the three coins in the barn (Banana Coin x 70).

Fungi Forest: Golden Banana #4Edit

You'll need the help of two Kongs for this one. Go back to the beginning and shoot the two Feather Switches at the Bananaport Pad 2 tunnel, then have Chunky Kong shoot the two Pineapple Switches that open the area.

Now switch back to Donkey Kong, activate the other Bananaport Pad 2, and buy the Homing Ammo for 5 coins from Funky's Armory (Banana Coin x 65). Then go back to where Bananaport Pad 3 is, and activate Bananaport Pad 5 there (Banana x 45). Enter the big mushroom.

Inside, have all Kongs shoot at their own Target Switches. Cannons will appear everywhere. Also have Donkey Kong slam on the Kong Switch. You'll have 25 seconds to use the cannons to reach your prize (Banana x 60) (Golden Banana x 107).

Fungi Forest: Golden Banana #5Edit

Okay, you're now at the top of the mushroom. Activate Bananaport Pad 5 (Banana x 65), then drop down to find another Battle Arena Pad.

Battle Arena #5: Kamikaze KremlingsEdit

You'll get 60 seconds (yes, a whole minute) to fight off two Kasplats and a Kremling.

After the pad disappears (Battle Crown x 5), climb up the ladder and use Bananaport Pad 5 to send yourself back on the ground. Then go back inside the big mushroom and climb up a few stories in the mushroom. Collect the bananas around the floor (Banana x 75) (Banana Medal x 21), followed by five more on your way to the DK Pad (Banana x 80). Collect the coins around the pad (Banana Coin x 68), then blast off!

Be careful, this one's got something thorny. Anyway, collect two more Banana Bunches (Banana x 90), and find the Bonus Barrel at the end of the Barrel Blast Challenge.

Peril Path Panic 2Edit

This time, you must save eight Banana Fairies from the Klaptraps. Again, you get 60 seconds. You will see DK fall down off balance, but he'll end up not hurt at the end (Golden Banana x 108). Did you forget something? Pop the last balloon behind a stack of crates (Banana x 100).

Fungi Forest: Golden Banana #6Edit

Next, it's Diddy Kong. Climb up to the top of the barn, and enter the high room. Pop the first balloon in that room (Banana x 10), then shoot the "On" button, and Chimpy Charge the "up" button as well. The rope will move, and a Guitar Pad will appear outside.

Now jump down (you'll lose some health) and find the Guitar Pad. Play the guitar on it, and the crate will break. Get your prize (Golden Banana x 109)!

Fungi Forest: Golden Banana #7Edit

Jump up the crates (Banana x 13), then Simian Spring up to the hole in the house (Banana x 18). Play your guitar on the Music Pad, and Squawks will appear with a flashlight. The Golden Banana will be hard to see, and if you fall down the pit, you'll have to start over. Take care (Golden Banana x 110)! Let's also not forget about the Banana Fairy (Banana Fairy x 12) and the Banana Bunches you'll need for later (Banana x 28).

Fungi Forest: Golden Banana #8Edit

Go back to the beginning and collect 5 more bananas on Bananaport Pad 4 (Banana x 33). There's two Banana Bunches between a mushroom and a Rocketbarrel Boost (Banana x 43). Fly up to the top of the mushroom, to play another bonus game.

Teetering Turtle Trouble 2Edit

Same as before, you get 45 seconds to keep the turtles spinning (Golden Banana x 111).

Fungi Forest: Golden Banana #9Edit

Now jump down and collect the bananas around the mushroom (Banana x 53). You'll also find some more coins on a lower floor (Banana Coin x 70). Now jump down onto ground floor, and enter the big mushroom.

Kill the Kasplat when you see it (Blueprint x 22), and also, don't forget to collect the bananas (Banana x 60). Now switch back to daytime for the access to Snide's HQ (Golden Banana x 112). Don't forget the Banana Bunches for bouncing on another mushroom (Banana x 70), and the balloon near Snide's HQ (Banana x 80) (Banana Medal x 22).

Fungi Forest: Golden Banana #10Edit

To open the last tunnel, you need Lanky Kong. Use the Grape Shooter to open the gate. Also, switch back to nighttime. While you're in the area, activate Bananaport Pad 4 (Banana x 85). Collect ten bananas around a tree (Banana x 95), then play your guitar on the Guitar Pad to wake up an owl.

Everywhere he goes, just like the buzzard back in Angry Aztec, you must fly through his trail of rings. He'll leave a Bonus Barrel, to make sure the challenge isn't finished yet. Fly through (Banana x 100).

Busy Barrel Barrage 2Edit

Survive for 45 seconds, again. It's exactly like before. You'll still have your Rocketbarrel Boost after the Bonus Barrel is destroyed (Golden Banana x 113).

Fungi Forest: Golden Banana #11Edit

Okay, it's Tiny Kong's turn next. Collect the first Banana Bunch on Bananaport Pad 3 (Banana x 5), then enter the mushroom. Slam on the Kong Switch (Banana x 10), and a Bonus Barrel will appear. You'll have 35 seconds to reach it.

Speedy Swing Sortie 2Edit

45 seconds, and you must collect 14 coins this time. Be quick (Golden Banana x 114)!

Fungi Forest: Golden Banana #12Edit

Continue on with the mushroom. Defeat the Kasplat (Banana Coin x 104) (Blueprint x 23). Pop the balloon before you go (Banana x 20), then jump down and switch to daytime to access Snide's HQ (Golden Banana x 115).

Fungi Forest: Golden Banana #13Edit

Next, find Bananaport Pad 4 to warp to the Fall area. Jump inside the Tiny Barrel to shrink (Banana x 28), and play your saxophone. Squawks will carry you up to a tree stump. Backflip for another Banana Bunch (Banana x 33). While inside the stump, battle four Purple Klaptraps. The Golden Banana will float around the room, and you must Ponytail Twirl to reach it (Golden Banana x 116).

Fungi Forest: Golden Banana #14Edit

Go back to the starting area, and climb up some mushroom trees for more Banana Bunches (Banana x 48). Sweep off the DK Dirt Pile for a bunch more coins (Banana Coin x 73, 75, 88, 109, 93). A beanstalk will grow, and a Golden Banana will appear at the top. Jump inside the Tiny Barrel (Banana Coin x 112), and play the saxophone to have Squawks take you up to the treasure (Golden Banana x 117).

Fungi Forest: Golden Banana #15Edit

Skip to Chunky Kong for now. First, take Bananaport Pads 2 (Banana x 10) and 1, then Primate Punch the doors open. Inside, Primate Punch a crate, and a hole for Tiny Kong will appear. Destroy another crate, and play your triangle (Banana x 15). Outside, the wheel will start to spin. Collect the coins (Banana Coin x 96), carry the barrel outside, and inside another room. Set it so that the machine destroys it. Set two more barrels for the machine to destroy. You've earned another Golden Banana (Golden Banana x 118)!

Fungi Forest: Golden Banana #16Edit

Switch back to Tiny Kong. Set the time back to night, then go back to the Bananaport Pad 1 area, jump into the water, collect the Bananas (Banana x 65), jump inside the Tiny Barrel, and squeeze through the hole (Banana x 70). Collect two more Banana Bunches inside (Banana x 80), and enter the nighttime door (Banana x 85).

You're about to fight a mini-boss, the Spider Queen (why couldn't she be the real boss of Fungi Forest?). After it's destroyed, another Golden Banana is yours for keeping (Golden Banana x 119).

Before you move on, go behind the thorny maze and pop the balloon (Banana x 95), and collect the bananas in the Bananaport Pad 2 tunnel (Banana x 100).

Fungi Forest: Golden Banana #17Edit

Next is Lanky. Start by taking Bananaport Pad 1 (Banana x 5). Climb up the pole near the barn (Banana x 8), and collect nine more bananas on your way inside (Banana x 17). Collect another Banana Bunch inside here (Banana x 22). Slam the switch, then start defeating the bats like MAD. The Golden Banana will then appear (Golden Banana x 120).

Fungi Forest: Golden Banana #18Edit

Now leave the barn, then jump down. Take Bananaport Pad 1 to return to the beginning, then Bananaport Pad 3 (Banana x 27) to get to the big mushroom. Collect the bananas around it (Banana x 37) (Banana Coin x 96) before entering.

On second thought, don't enter. Instead, take Bananaport Pad 5 and Orangstand up to the top. Slam the switch up there (Banana x 42). Doors will open. You'll have 10 seconds to enter either one. This first area has fast bees. Defeat them all (Banana x 52), then grab the treasure (Golden Banana x 121).

Fungi Forest: Golden Banana #19Edit

Climb back up to the mushroom top, and take the other door this time. It's much safer in this area. Just stomp on the right combination of mushrooms (Banana x 57), then jump inside the Bonus Barrel.

Krazy Kong Klamor 3Edit

It's much, much easier than last time. Just shoot at the Golden Banana 5 times within 60 seconds (Golden Banana x 122).

Fungi Forest: Golden Banana #20Edit

Take Bananaport Pad 5 to get back to ground floor safely, then Bananaport Pads 3 and 4 to get to the Fall area (Banana Coin x 99). Defeat the Kasplat (Blueprint x 24), and switch to daytime to open up Snide's HQ (Golden Banana x 123).

Beside the sleeping rabbit, there's 8 more bananas (Banana x 65). As you leave through the tunnel, there's ten more bananas along the way (Banana x 75) (Banana Medal x 24). Now use Bananaport Pad 5 to get to the top of the mushroom. Inside, a balloon is hovering (Banana x 85).

Go back to the barn, and use Baboon Balloon to float up to the Banana Bunch (Banana x 90). Above the mushroom tree near a Kosha, there's 3 more coins (Banana Coin x 102). And finally, the last balloon is in the first floor of the mushroom.

Don't move on yet, though. Go back to the Fall area. During the daytime, play your trombone to wake up the rabbit. He'll race you. You must stay directly on the correct route while beating him. If you win, though, you'll just earn 3 coins (Banana Coin x 105).

Fungi Forest: Golden Banana #21Edit

Now it's Chunky Kong's turn, and he's the last of everyone. This time, you start with 15 Bananas already collected. Smash the wishing well's wires (Banana x 20), and you'll drop down. You're in another mine cart ride. Again, you must collect 50 coins. At the end, Squawks will arrive with another Golden Banana (Golden Banana x 124).

Fungi Forest: Golden Banana #22Edit

You'll end up in the Bananaport Pad 1 area, so return to where you started, and get to the Bananaport Pad 2 area. Collect nine bananas on the dirt (Banana x 29), then jump inside the Chunky Barrel. Squash all four tomatoes that hop, hop, hop. After that, carry the big fruit that the worm lives in and place it in the other spot where the beginning point is. In return, a Golden Banana will appear (Golden Banana x 125).

Fungi Forest: Golden Banana #23Edit

The next stop is the big mushroom. You'll have to go through all the floors, 'cause there's lots of bananas for you here -- forty-one, to be exact (Banana x 70). After you reach the top, use Bananaport Pad 5 to get back down, then Bananaport Pad 3 to return to the starting area. Switch to nighttime, then go back to the big mushroom.

When you reach floor 7, swing across the vines, then go out (Banana x 75) (Banana Medal x 25). Defeat the Kasplat (Blueprint x 25), then pop the balloon (Banana x 85). You can then jump off (if you don't mind losing more health), then you must switch back to daytime to have access to Snide's HQ (Golden Banana x 126).

Fungi Forest: Golden Banana #24Edit

Once again, go back to the big mushroom. Take the cannons up to the top, and slam on the switch (Banana Coin x 99). Get inside the small area, and pop the balloon (Banana x 95). Pound on the Kong Switch to start another challenge (Banana x 100). Keep shooting at the puzzle until you see the entire face of Chunky. Another treasure of yours will drop (Golden Banana x 127).

Boss #5: Dogadon 2.0Edit

Find the nearest Troff 'n' Scoff Portal, then feed 300 Bananas. This time, Chunky Kong will participate, because he hasn't fought a boss yet. And the boss is... oh, come on, why does it have to be Dogadon again? Can't it be some kind of spider? Well, the game was designed to be that way, so, too bad.

Well, it's the same, except the walls are much darker. Dogadon's attacks are pretty much the same... until after the second set of 10 fireballs, Dogadon creates a shock wave on the platform. Now things will get really pathetic, after the third set of 15 fireballs. Dogadon breathes out its STRONGEST attack -- a wall of fire that cannot be dodged (don't worry, it's only one melon slice off).

And this is the MOST pathetic part of all -- after three pushes into the lava, Dogadon pounds on the platform. It will then start to sink into the lava, which also causes the music to speed up gradually. After every five fireballs, quickly throw the TNT Barrel at the dragon, then jump inside an appearing Chunky Barrel (make sure you don't step on the pad that generates TNT Barrels).

If you don't hurry up within about 100 seconds (the time clock on the upper right corner won't appear), the platform will sink completely and you'll have to start over to the beginning. After enough hits, Chunky will Primate Punch the beast at the wall, defeating it. You'll also earn your fifth Boss Key.

Leave Fungi Forest for now, and jump down to ground floor (you'll easily lose health). Visit K. Lumsy again, and the fifth lock will open. This causes the ear of DK Island to break open as well, followed by the cannon that leads to Creepy Castle. To get to Crystal Caves, which is the ear of DK Isles, have Tiny Kong use Bananaport Pad 2 and Ponytail Twirl to the entrance.

DK Isles: Golden Banana #4Edit

Once you're inside, let Chunky punch down the two walls. Carry the boulder to the switch, lowering the icicles that are covering up the Wrinkly Doors. Now bring DK to his own Kong Barrel, and send him to the molten area with another Golden Banana. As long as he's Strong Kong, he can walk on the lava, but if any other Kong steps on it, they'll instantly die, because compared to the escapable lava in the Angry Aztec llama temple, this is deadly lava.

Fungi Forest: Golden Banana #25Edit

Before you go to Crystal Caves, leave for a little bit, 'cause there's a little unfinished business I want you to do. Go back to Fungi Forest and visit Cranky's Lab. Buy the OrangeSprint, worth 7 coins (Banana Coin x 98). Now go back to the sleeping rabbit and challenge him to a rematch.

This time, he's faster, so you'll definitely need the OrangSprint. Now, you only have a maximum of 32 Crystal Coconuts available, so max 'em out before racing. Beat the rabbit again, and you'll earn your last Golden Banana (Golden Banana x 129).

Crystal Caves: Golden Banana #1Edit

Now go back to Crystal Caves, and start with Donkey Kong. Start by activating Bananaport Pads 1 and 2 (Banana x 5). You'll also notice that the ground is shaking. This is because of a giant Kosha. Before you collect your first Golden Banana, visit Funky's Armory for a bit. Buy the ammo upgrade, worth 5 coins (Banana Coin x 68). Your limit will then raise to 200.

The first thing to do in here is defeat Kasplat (Blueprint x 26) for another Blueprint. It's near the boulder. Snide's HQ isn't too far ahead (Golden Banana x 130).

Next, visit Candy's Music Shop for an upgrade of 20 uses of your musical instrument, worth 7 coins (Banana Coin x 61). You'll also get your health meter maximized to 3 watermelons (12 pieces).

Crystal Caves: Golden Banana #2Edit

Now find a Music Pad. Play your bongo there, and the cabin door will open. It's quite dark, and the floor will also collapse, revealing trapdoors. Bees are swarming everywhere, pooping out bombs. Here, you must defeat all the bees you see (Banana x 15) (Banana Coin x 63), and the prize will appear (Golden Banana x 131).

Crystal Caves: Golden Banana #3Edit

For this next one, find the cabin with Bananaport Pad 2, and play the Bongo Blast on the pad. The cabin door will open. Here, you must match all the colored pairs within 50 seconds (Banana x 20). If you can get all six in time, the prize will fall down (Golden Banana x 132). Before leaving, there's one more thing you forgot:

Battle Arena #6: Plinth PanicEdit

The last watermelon will definitely come in handy, because for 70 seconds, you will be fighting off the same amount of enemies you fought last time (Battle Crown x 6).

Crystal Caves: Golden Banana #4Edit

Take Bananaport Pad 2 to leave, then head towards Cranky's Lab. Collect the five bananas around the DK Pad (Banana x 25), then blast yourself from the pad. You're ready for a new Barrel Blast Challenge.

This one's not easy at all; in fact, it's one of the hardest. You got lots of banana material to find (Banana x 45) (Banana Coin x 66). Then, it's time to fight off in:

Busy Barrel Barrage 3Edit

Survive for 60 seconds here. After the challenge, you'll fall down (but you won't get hurt after the fall). The prize will appear from nowhere and fly directly at you (Golden Banana x 133).

Crystal Caves: Golden Banana #5Edit

You cannot move on without the help of Diddy Kong. Go to the Tag Barrel, find the nearest Rocketbarrel Boost, and fly to the lone DK Star (Banana x 5). Now go find another Tag Barrel and switch back to Donkey Kong.

Activate the first Bananaport Pad 1 (Banana x 50), go around the igloo (Banana x 55), and find your Music Pad. Play your instrument, then go inside. It's a labyrinth of spiked ice. The watermelon upgrade may come in handy because each time you collide with the labyrinth, you lose an entire watermelon (4 pieces). This means you get three hits before having to start over.

Two Koshas also live here, so don't even think about cuddling with them. If you enter the labyrinth, it will start to spin around back and forth. Here, you'll find a Banana Bunch above the exit door (Banana x 60), a Banana Balloon (Banana x 70), and seven Bananas in the labyrinth (Banana x 77) (Banana Medal x 26). At the end in the middle, it's a Golden Banana (Golden Banana x 134).

You're still missing some Bananas. First, you'll need Chunky Kong to find these lost Bananas. Step on Bananaport Pad 2 (Banana x 5), then go back and Primate Punch the icy wall. Now switch back to Donkey Kong and enter the cave. Collect the coins (Banana Coin x 69), then pop the balloon (Banana x 87).

Then once again, have Chunky Kong chop down another wall. After doing so, switch back to Donkey Kong again, and enter the cave (Banana x 90). Pop your last balloon, and you're done (Banana x 100). Don't forget the three coins as well (Banana Coin x 72).

Crystal Caves: Golden Banana #6Edit

Diddy Kong goes next. You start with 5 Bananas here. Start by passing Funky's Armory (Banana x 10), then jump inside the Rocketbarrel Boost and fly to your next Bonus Barrel (Banana x 15).

Mad Maze Maul 2Edit

This time, you must defeat seven enemies within 60 seconds, then go to the checkered flag (Golden Banana x 135).

Crystal Caves: Golden Banana #7Edit

Now have Diddy activate Bananaport Pad 5 on a lone island, and Bananaport Pad 3 below where Tiny Kong's Banana Bunch is. Now Rocketbarrel Boost up to the top of the cabin where the other Bananaport Pad 5 is located. Pop the balloon there (Banana x 25), then play your guitar on the Guitar Pad.

Enter the door. You're in another dark room. Defeat the two Koshas, and a Diddy Pad will appear. Simian Spring up to the Diddy Barrel. Light all three candles (Banana x 40), and a Golden Banana will appear (Golden Banana x 136). Before you leave, capture the Banana Fairy first (Banana Fairy x 13). You'll get your final Orange upgrade, the 30. Now get out before the Koshas come back!

Crystal Caves: Golden Banana #8Edit

Drop down one floor and play your guitar on another Guitar Pad. Enter another door. You cannot escape this time, right after you are in. You'll then have 50 seconds to complete a certain task. If all 50 seconds elapse, however, the door will open automatically, and then you'll have 10 seconds to get out. In this area, there's some more banana material to collect (Banana x 50) (Banana Coin x 81). If you complete the task on time, another Golden Banana is yours (Golden Banana x 137).

Crystal Caves: Golden Banana #9Edit

Swim to the igloo. Play the Guitar Gazamp a third time here, and enter. Again, you cannot escape until the task is completed. You get 50 seconds. Throw the barrels in the right order, from 1 to 6. If done correctly, you'll earn another Golden Banana (Golden Banana x 138), and you can get out. Pop the balloon before you leave (Banana x 60).

Crystal Caves: Golden Banana #10Edit

Last duty -- your Blueprint. Fly to the lone Bananaport Pad 4, activate it (Banana x 65), and pop the balloon (Banana x 75) (Banana Medal x 27). Now switch to Tiny Kong and Ponytail Twirl to a Tiny Barrel. Ponytail Twirl back to where you started, and enter the small hole (Banana Coin x 118).

Activate Bananaport Pad 4, and switch back to Diddy Kong. Hop back inside the Diddy Barrel, fly above the pole and igloos (Banana x 90), and land on Bananaport Pad 4. Use it to send yourself to Kasplat (Banana x 95), so you can defeat it (Blueprint x 27) (Banana x 100).

Now go back and find Snide's HQ (Golden Banana x 139).

Crystal Caves: Golden Banana #11Edit

You're up, Tiny Kong. Start by collecting the bananas underwater (Banana x 10). Play your Saxophone Slam on the Saxophone Pad prior to entering the igloo. As you enter, beware of the Giant Kosha (don't worry, it's still two melon slices off, despite the growth of the enemy). To defeat it, just Super Slam it down.

Now slam on the red circle with a white dot. The gate will close. You'll have 30 seconds to destroy that red circle, but be quick -- the Giant Kosha will return momentarily. After the circle shrinks away, the prize will appear (Golden Banana x 140). Before you leave, pop the balloon, collect the Banana Bunch (Banana x 25) and capture the Banana Fairy (Banana Fairy x 14).

Crystal Caves: Golden Banana #12Edit

Collect the Banana Bunch above Bananaport Pad 3 (Banana x 30), then head to the large cabin with lots of Music Pads. Find the Saxophone Pad, play your instrument, and enter. Here, you must defeat all the Purple Klaptraps (use your Oranges) to earn your prize (Golden Banana x 141). Don't forget the banana material as well (Banana x 50).

Crystal Caves: Golden Banana #13Edit

On your way past Bananaport Pad 2, defeat the Kasplat (Blueprint x 28). Pop the balloon (Banana x 60) before going to Snide's HQ (Golden Banana x 142).

Crystal Caves: Golden Banana #14Edit

Find the nearest icicle wall and jump inside the Tiny Barrel. Squeeze through the hole, and it'll lead to a Bonus Barrel (Banana x 65).

Krazy Kong Klamor 4Edit

Same as before, but this time, the light turns off quicker. If you're a quick gamer, this should be easy (Golden Banana x 143).

To leave, just activate Bananaport Pad 3 and use it send yourself back outside.

Crystal Caves: Golden Banana #15Edit

Jump into the sea and collect 3 more coins (Banana Coin x 121). Then go to Cranky's Lab for a new potion, worth 7 coins -- the Monkeyport (Banana Coin x 114). It will allow you to transport from one place to another, just like the ordinary Bananaport Pads.

Go back to the cave where you activated Bananaport Pad 4, and pop the balloon (Banana x 75) (Banana Medal x 28). Monkeyport yourself to the igloo (Banana x 80), where your last prize in Crystal Caves awaits (Golden Banana x 144).

Crystal Caves: Golden Banana #16Edit

To get out, just Monkeyport back, then use Bananaport Pad 4. You're not done yet. Switch to Chunky Kong for a bit, and have him carry the boulder past the ice castle. Carry it to the other switch (Banana x 18). One of the igloos will explode, revealing another boulder.

Go there, collect the Bananas (Banana x 24), then jump into the Chunky Barrel. As Hunky Chunky, pick up the big boulder (Banana x 29), and set it down on the rotating switch. The igloo holding your first Golden Banana in Crystal Caves will break open. Go get it (Golden Banana x 145) (Banana x 34)! Also, collect the three Banana Coins underwater (Banana Coin x 102).

Now as Tiny Kong, go to where Chunky Kong got his first Golden Banana. Monkeyport there, collect some more coins (Banana Coin x 117), and you'll meet... another Giant Kosha. This monster will take a Super Slam to defeat it (Banana x 100). Super Slam the dirt pile as well (Banana Coin x 77, 86, 103, 122, 107).

You can then jump into the pit if you want to, but I'd Monkeyport back if I were you.

Crystal Caves: Golden Banana #17Edit

Lanky Kong, you're next. Let's start by going back to the entrance. Collect your first five Bananas there (Banana x 5). Now go to the ice castle. Slam the switch that's near the gate door. Pop the balloon in that room (Banana x 15), then collect the two coins on some kind of floor puzzle (Banana Coin x 105).

Talk to the person in charge, and he'll challenge you. For 60 seconds, you must have at least nine or more tiles on the green side with the "DK" on it. If you win, you'll win another prize (Golden Banana x 146).

Crystal Caves: Golden Banana #18Edit

Leave the castle, and go around to find another Kong Switch. Within 30 seconds, inflate yourself on the Lanky Pad and float up to the top.

Land down (Banana x 20), and you'll end up in a rematch with the same guy you raced back in Angry Aztec. Make sure you have the OrangSprint before you start racing. You must slide down and beat this guy again while also collecting 50 coins. Let's also beware that there's two areas of lava to jump over.

If you win without falling down a pit or into the lava, the former champion will be upset for good (Golden Banana x 147).

Crystal Caves: Golden Banana #19Edit

Jump into the sea, and collect more Bananas (Banana x 30). Now go to the cabin and find Bananaport Pad 5. Use it to send yourself to the island where Kasplat is. Defeat the strong monster (Banana x 50) (Blueprint x 29), then jump down. If you land in the water, you're safe from losing another piece of the health meter.

Find another balloon behind the waterfall before you go, and pop it (Banana x 60). Also locate a Banana Coin underwater (Banana Coin x 108). Now go to Snide's HQ (Golden Banana x 148).

Crystal Caves: Golden Banana #20Edit

Find a Lanky Pad around a small cabin, and inflate up to the Music Pad (Banana x 65). Play your trombone, then enter the door. Inside the room, defeat or avoid the Kosha, and inflate up to the Lanky Barrel. OrangSprint to the switch that another Kosha is guarding (Banana x 70), and then you'll have only a few seconds to get your prize before it disappears (Golden Banana x 149).

Crystal Caves: Golden Banana #21Edit

Find three more coins near the pole, prior to entering the igloo via using the Trombone Tremor. Now that you're inside, defeat newer enemies from weakest to strongest -- first two ordinary beavers, then three Kremlings. The Golden Banana will then appear, and you also cannot escape.

Use the Lanky Pads to inflate yourself up to the prize (Banana x 75) (Banana Medal x 29) (Golden Banana x 150), then pop the balloon at the top (Banana x 85). Before you move on, go to the Lanky Pad that's sitting apart from the DK Pad. Inflate there and collect your last five Banana Bunches (Banana x 100).

Crystal Caves: Golden Banana #22Edit

Chunky Kong is the last to go. Start by going to the igloo, and play your Triangle Trample. A bunny will be guiding a large TNT Barrel. For 30 seconds, defeat the fireballs to prevent them from exploding the TNT Barrel. After time elapses, the TNT Barrel will stop lighting, and the bunny will hop with joy (Golden Banana x 151).

After you're done, pop the balloon floating around the room (Banana x 44).

Crystal Caves: Golden Banana #23Edit

Use Bananaport Pad 2 to collect another Banana Bunch (Banana x 49), then defeat the Kasplat wandering on top of the igloo (Blueprint x 30). Go back to Snide's HQ (Banana x 52) (Banana Coin x 110), in return for another Golden Banana (Golden Banana x 152). Pop the balloon after you leave (Banana x 62).

Crystal Caves: Golden Banana #24Edit

You won't be able to get this without the 7-coin priced Gorilla Gone (Banana Coin x 103). So visit Cranky's Lab and buy that potion. It allows you to disappear for a short time after standing on a Chunky Pad.

After you leave, slide down the hill for more coins (Banana Coin x 106). Enter the first cave after the entrance (Banana x 65), and disappear on the Chunky Pad (Banana x 70). A Golden Banana will appear from nowhere. Grab it before it disappears (Golden Banana x 153)!

Crystal Caves: Golden Banana #25Edit

Your last destination in Crystal Caves -- the large cabin. Play your triangle, and enter the cabin. You can't see anything, except for a group of flashlights. Destroy all the targets. If you get caught by a flashlight, someone will shoot you for good, and you'll have to start over.

Once some of the targets are destroyed, disappear from the Chunky Pad to make sure no one sees you. Then collect the Banana Bunches (Banana x 90) (Banana Medal x 30), and jump inside the Bonus Barrel.

Searchlight Seek 2Edit

Shoot at eight Klaptraps within 60 seconds.

Now get out before you turn visible and you get shot again (Golden Banana x 154)! Before you get ready to fight the boss, use Bananaport Pad 3 to find more banana material (Banana x 100) (Banana Coin x 111).

Boss #6: Army Dillo 2.0Edit

Find a Troff 'n' Scoff Portal, and feed 350 Bananas. Once again, it's a rematch between Donkey Kong and the same boss you've seen back in Jungle Japes. Like before, Army Dillo starts off with four fireballs.

After a short rolling around, it takes out a jet barrel and floats up a bit, then lands on the ground with a huge, green shockwave similar to Dogadon's twin brother's.

Then it throws nine more fireballs. After you can see its eyes, throw the TNT Barrel. Backflip to avoid two more shockwaves, then dodge 11 more fireballs. After the third TNT Barrel, it's still not done for yet. Not only you must avoid three shockwaves, but Army Dillo has a new weapon -- a huge back cannon that shoots six fireballs at once. It also comes with a silly-looking Bullet Bill. Have it collide at the TNT Barrel, then throw a new one at the salamander boss to finish it off.

The cannons will then explode, and your sixth Boss Key will appear. Now go back to K. Lumsy's prison and open the sixth lock. The mouth of K. Rool's Island will open up a bit, then close again. Bear in mind, that you'll need both the sixth and seventh Boss Keys to enter Hideout Helm.

Head to the huge cannon, where it will get even stormier. Blast yourself up into the sky, and you'll end up in some gloomy place. Go around to reach the DK Portal.

Creepy Castle: Golden Banana #1Edit

Carefully cross the bridge without falling off (Banana x 5), then continue along the path by jumping across the sliding platforms. After collecting 20 Bananas, activate Bananaport Pad 1, then move on (Banana x 30). Climb up the stairs, and activate all five Bananaport Pads.

Once that's done, continue on with the path by crossing the bridge. At 50 Bananas, stop by Bananaport Pad 2 to activate it and get more coins (Banana Coin x 80). Your trail of Bananas will stop there, but keep on going and you'll find Bananaport Pad 3 and Cranky's Lab. In there, buy the Super Duper Simian Slam, worth 7 coins (Banana Coin x 73).

This move allows you to slam even tougher Kong Switches, the red ones. But continue along the path, by going past the museum. Activate Bananaport Pad 4 there, and make your way up to the top of the castle. Activate the last Bananaport Pad, and use it to send yourself back to the other Bananaport Pads.

Then use Bananaport Pad 1 to return to the beginning, and go down until you see the DK Pad. It's your last Barrel Blast Challenge, and the toughest. You'll also have to collect some more Banana Coins here (Banana Coin x 78). Make sure to follow the rings so you can reach the DK Star. This will open the tree trunk.

Shoot the Coconut Switch (watch out for the bats; they bite), and while you're in that area, defeat the Kasplat (Blueprint x 31) and pop the balloon (Banana x 60). Now leave, and find a door to the left of the Troff 'n' Scoff Portal. Enter Funky's Armory, and buy the Sniper Scope, worth only 7 coins (Banana Coin x 71).

This allows you to shoot far away things. Use the C Buttons (Left and Right) to zoom in and out. Now leave this dirty place, and go back to the tree trunk. This time, jump into the hole at the end, and swim along the road. Jump on the board (Banana x 65), then use your Sniper Scope to keep on shooting at the target. The water level will keep on increasing, sending you up and up.

If you think you're high enough to reach the Golden Banana, backflip to it (Golden Banana x 155). Then take a picture of the Banana Fairy before leaving (Banana Fairy x 15).

Creepy Castle: Golden Banana #2Edit

Find the five Bananaport Pads. Use Bananaport Pad 5 as a shortcut to get Snide's HQ quickly (Golden Banana x 156).

Creepy Castle: Golden Banana #3Edit

Now go back to the five Bananaport Pads, and jump down into the water. Enter the small hole of the gate door. If you see Candy's Music Shop, go in there. You'll get your last upgade -- 25 uses of the musical instrument, worth 9 coins (Banana Coin x 62).

Now continue along the path to another door. Collect the four coins (Banana Coin x 66), then slam the red Kong Switch. Go through the next door (Banana x 70), and you'll find yourself in another dark room, where you must keep on slamming on the puzzle until the tiles completely show Donkey Kong's entire face (Golden Banana x 157).

Creepy Castle: Golden Banana #4Edit

Go back inside the building. Find a Coconut Switch and shoot it. It'll lead you somewhere you've never been before. After you reach the entrance, activate Bananaport Pads 1, 2 and 3. A Banana Bunch is located on the other Bananaport Pad 2 (Banana x 75) (Banana Medal x 31). Next to that, shoot the Coconut Switch. Enter the door, and pop the balloon in there (Banana x 85). Pull the levers in this order -- uppermost left, uppermost right, then lowermost left.

You will end up in a mine cart ride. This time, you only need 25 coins, due to even more perilous hazards and not too many coins during the ride. At the end, you'll get another Golden Banana (Golden Banana x 158).

Creepy Castle: Golden Banana #5Edit

You will end up back through the door after the ride ends. Take Bananaport Pad 2, and leave the area, until you've found the exit. Climb up the stairs, and use Bananaport Pads 1 and 4 to take yourself quicker. From there, go up until you see a red Kong Switch. The Library door will open, but it'll close after 20 seconds. Use the cloud to survive without falling so you can go inside.

After picking up some Homing Ammo, keep turning left until the door behind you closes (Banana x 90). Defeat all the enemies that appear, and a Kong Switch will appear. Slam it, and a new path opens. Go back and turn the opposite direction to find it. Use the Strong Kong to survive further. Backflip to collect your last Banana Bunches (Banana x 100), and reach your last Golden Banana at the end (Golden Banana x 159). Shoot the Coconut Switch and you'll find the exit.

Before you move on to Diddy Kong, go around Snide's HQ and sweep out the DK Dirt Pile (Banana Coin x 71, 91, 113, 127, 116).

Creepy Castle: Golden Banana #6Edit

Diddy Kong is next to go. Use Bananaport Pad 5 to go back, then go down the stairs. Find a Diddy Barrel to come out with a Rocketbarrel Boost. During flight, collect the Banana Bunch (Banana x 5) that appears along with Cranky's Lab, and two Banana Coins around the castle (Banana Coin x 93). Fly up to the roof, where a Bonus Barrel awaits.

Big Bug Bash 3Edit

Swat ten flies (difficult, huh?) in 60 seconds. If you're a quick swatter, you can do this (Golden Banana x 160).

Creepy Castle: Golden Banana #7Edit

Hop on the clouds to reach another Banana Bunch (Banana x 10), then jump down. Use Bananaport Pad 5 to go back to the other Bananaports, then Bananaport Pad 1 to go down even more. Enter the door there.

Keep going until you find another door (Banana Coin x 96). Find a Diddy Switch, and a door will open. If you're too afraid to face Kosha, use the Sniper Scope to shoot the Peanut Switch from far away. Chains will appear, so you can swing on them to reach your prize (Golden Banana x 161). Pop the balloon before you leave (Banana x 20).

Creepy Castle: Golden Banana #8Edit

Before you go on, have Chunky Kong punch down the wire walls. Behind those walls are Banana Bunches for Diddy. Collect all four of them (Banana x 40), then leave. Jump down a floor, and enter the door there. Defeat the Kasplat (Blueprint x 32), then use Bananaport Pads 1 and 5 to quickly get to Snide's HQ (Golden Banana x 162).

Creepy Castle: Golden Banana #9Edit

Take Bananaport Pad 5 to go back, then Bananaport Pad 1 again. Drop one floor, and get inside. Turn left. Find the Peanut Switch and shoot it. Inside the haunted area, look for the other Bananaport Pad 1 (Banana x 45). Shoot the Peanut Switch, then Chimpy Charge at any number -- 2 through 4. Defeat the ghosts, then collect the coins (Banana Coin x 99).

Pop the balloon (Banana x 55). Now Chimpy Charge the numbers in the right order, from 1 through 4. The prize will pop out (Golden Banana x 163).

Creepy Castle: Golden Banana #10Edit

For your next destination, use Bananaport Pads 1 and 4. From there, climb up the path, slam the Diddy Switch, and the Ballroom door will open. Follow the path, until you reach a wide room. Defeat the enemies, and a Diddy Barrel will appear. Light the three candles (Banana x 70), then enter the Bonus Barrel.

Mine Cart Mayhem 3Edit

Very difficult. You must survive for 60 seconds. Again, there are two TNT Barrels riding mine carts. Although possible, it'll be difficult to pop the balloon while riding the Rocketbarrel Boost (Banana x 80) (Golden Banana x 164).

Now leave the Ballroom and use Bananaport Pad 4. Go back to the door below Bananaport Pad 1. Pop the balloon you forget about earlier (Banana x 90). Now get out. Go past the five Bananaport Pads in a row. From past the Kosha on the bridge, shoot the last balloon (Banana x 100).

Creepy Castle: Golden Banana #11Edit

It's Tiny Kong's turn next. Go along the path up to Creepy Castle. You will see 3 coins first (Banana Coin x 130). At a narrow path, find the Kasplat and defeat it (Blueprint x 33). Now use Bananaport Pads 1 and 5 to find Snide's HQ (Golden Banana x 165).

Creepy Castle: Golden Banana #12Edit

After you leave, do NOT take Bananaport Pad 5. Start by collecting Bananas down the trail (Banana x 50). This trail will end at Bananaport Pad 2. Use that Bananaport Pad to return back, then jump down into the hole of the door.

When you see a large gap, Ponytail Twirl across it (Banana Coin x 133) to a Bonus Barrel.

Teetering Turtle Trouble 3Edit

For 60 seconds, have the turtles keep on spinning. This one consumes time (Golden Banana x 166).

Creepy Castle: Golden Banana #13Edit

You can Ponytail Twirl back, or jump down into the pit. Either way, the exit leads to Bananaport Pad 1. Jump down a level to enter that other door. Turn right and shoot the Feather Switch over there, and enter the door.

In this area, turn right. Ponytail Twirl across a pit of green lava (Banana x 55). Collect the two coins (Banana Coin x 135), then slam the Kong Switch. Platforms will emerge from the green lava. At the end of the path, it's a hand holding a Golden Banana. Ponytail Twirl your way to reach it (Golden Banana x 167).

Creepy Castle: Golden Banana #14Edit

Leave the haunted area. Use Bananaport Pads 1 then 4, then backflip up to a Tiny Barrel. Jump on the mushroom to bounce high, then land inside. You're in a room of giant flies. Collect the banana material (Banana x 60) (Banana Coin x 137), then using the Feather Bow, defeat the insects. A Golden Banana will appear (Golden Banana x 168).

Creepy Castle: Golden Banana #15Edit

For this, you might need Diddy Kong. Have him slam the switch for you, then enter the Ballroom. Collect the banana material around the Tiny Pad (Banana Coin x 140) (Banana x 65). Now Monkeyport (Banana x 70). Capture the Banana Fairy you see (Banana Fairy x 16), then collect another Banana Bunch (Banana x 75) (Banana Medal x 33).

Now Monkeyport to somewhere else (Banana x 80). Pop the balloon in that same area (Banana x 90). Monkeyport back, then backflip up to the Tiny Barrel. Enter the small hole.

You will be challenged to a rematch from the guy you raced back in Frantic Factory. In fact, you're probably in Frantic Factory right now. Race around for two laps while beating the guy you're racing and collecting at least 10 coins (Golden Banana x 169). After the race, Monkeyport back to where you started, then find Funky's Armory. Pop the balloon you see there (Banana x 100).

Creepy Castle: Golden Banana #16Edit

Lanky Kong is next on the list. Find a Tag Barrel and switch to him. From here, start by collecting 30 Bananas as you leave the spooky, filthy area. Use Bananaport Pad 1 to take yourself upwards. Cross the big bridge, and go along the path to find the Kasplat you must defeat (Blueprint x 34). Then keep going to Bananaport Pad 2, and use it to get to Bananaport Pad 5. This will lead to Snide's HQ (Golden Banana x 170).

Creepy Castle: Golden Banana #17Edit

Go back to Bananaport Pad 5, and use it to get to Bananaport Pad 4. Use that, then slam the Kong Switch to enter a maze. Within 40 seconds, you must collect the Golden Banana, or you'll be kicked out and must start over. Use the OrangeSprint to find it quicker. After the 40 seconds elapse, you will be kept on being shot by someone unknown at every 10 seconds. At the end of the maze, a door will open.

In the maze, there's a Golden Banana (Golden Banana x 171), some more banana material (Banana x 60) (Banana Coin x 119), and a Battle Arena Pad that appears after the maze challenge is done. It'll lead to...

Battle Arena #7: Pinnacle PalaverEdit

This time, you must survive for 80 seconds, against an armed skeleton and two Kasplats. The exit is the back door.

Creepy Castle: Golden Banana #18Edit

This one's at the top. Slam the Kong Switch, then go in. Pop the balloon at the top as well (Banana x 70), then shoot the Switches. Air will come out, and go up into the sky. Use the Lanky Pad to inflate, and you'll be sent up to another Bonus Barrel.

Beaver Bother 2Edit

It's even tougher now. Send 15 beavers into the hole in the middle (Golden Banana x 172).

Creepy Castle: Golden Banana #19Edit

Now fall back down and leave the room. Take Bananaport Pads 5 then 1, and enter the door. Locate the other door, and go inside. If you see a Lanky Switch, slam it. Use the Sniper Scope to shoot at the balloon (Banana x 80) (Banana Medal x 34). Play the trombone on the Music Pad, and Lanky Pads will appear. You must inflate your way across the green lava, and reach the Bonus Barrel.

Kremling Kosh 3Edit

Within 60 seconds, you must shoot at 25 Kremlings this time. Believe me, it's even more difficult.

Now shoot the balloon (Banana x 90), then inflate your way back, or alternatively, just jump into the green lava and get teleported back to the entrance.

Creepy Castle: Golden Banana #20Edit

Drop down a level, and enter the door. Collect four coins around a chest (Banana Coin x 123), then find a Grape Switch. Shoot at it to move on. Shoot another Grape Switch, and a path will open. You'll have 13 seconds to reach the end. And you must stop immediately, because at the end is another portion of green lava.

Play your instrument on the Trombone Pad to make vines appear. Pop the balloon first (Banana x 100), then start swinging like crazy (Golden Banana x 174) (Banana Coin x 126).

Creepy Castle: Golden Banana #21Edit

Find the nearest Tag Barrel, 'cause Chunky Kong is always last here. Start by going into the tree trunk. Primate Punch down a wall to open a new path (Banana x 5). Along the path, pop the balloon (Banana x 15) and pick up more coins (Banana Coin x 119). Simply keep going until a Bonus Barrel appears through the dark.

Beaver Bother 3Edit

Same as before. If you remember how you played this with Lanky Kong, you'll easily win this too (Golden Banana x 175).

Creepy Castle: Golden Banana #22Edit

Leave the tree trunk. Now take Bananaport Pad 3 up to the path leading to your own Kong Switch. Slam it to open the Museum door. In a wide area, Primate Punch the three shields (Banana Coin x 122), and a statue mouth will open. Pop the balloon before you do anything (Banana x 25). Pick up the boulder (Banana x 30) and set it down on a platform. Another statue mouth will open, and it's a Golden Banana (Golden Banana x 176).

Creepy Castle: Golden Banana #23Edit

Next, from the main area, take Bananaport Pad 4. Chop the door down and enter the greenhouse. In here, defeat all the bats while using the Gorilla Gone ability (Golden Banana x 177). Pop the balloon after you collect your prize (Banana x 40).

Creepy Castle: Golden Banana #24Edit

Take Bananaport Pad 4 to return, then jump down and swim to the door. Follow the trail of Bananas. Defeat the Kasplat along the way (Blueprint x 35), and pick up some coins next to Candy's Music Shop (Banana Coin x 129). The trail will end at 70 Bananas, where you reach the exit and Bananaport Pad 1. Use it, then use Bananaport Pad 5 to get to Snide's HQ for your prize (Golden Banana x 178).

Creepy Castle: Golden Banana #25Edit

Take Bananaport Pads 5 then 1 backwards, and drop down a level. Enter the door then turn left. Find a Pineapple Switch, and shoot at it. Inside this area, activate the other Bananaport Pad 3, and shoot the Pineapple Switch. Along the way, Primate Punch the doors (Banana x 80) (Banana Medal x 35) (Banana Coin x 132). One of them is a Bonus Barrel.

Searchlight Seek 3Edit

Very hard. You must shoot at 10 Klaptraps within 60 seconds (Golden Banana x 179).

Leave the haunted area for good, then turn right to find 3 more coins (Banana Coin x 135). Go back to the upper level, and find the secret door. Inside, chop down a wall to reveal your last banana material (Banana x 100) (Banana Coin x 138). Now find a Troff 'n' Scoff Portal, 'cause it's time for the boss fight.

Boss #7: King Kut OutEdit

All Kongs participate in this battle, but Lanky Kong goes first. Feed 400 Bananas, and you'll be ready. In this battle, there is a Tag Barrel, but you cannot use it. Instead, if a Kong flies over the wall, that Kong can no longer be used. After all five Kongs are gone, the battle will be lost.

Use the cannons to aim and fire yourself at the boss. Watch out for the lasers it spits out, and use the light as a guide to help you locate this fake K. Rool. After three hits, the boss loses one arm. In the second phase, two fake K. Rools appear. One is a shadowy version. If you try to go for the shadow version of the boss, you'll lose one Kong, so aim for the lighter one. After three more hits, for a total of six, the other arm will fall off.

The third phase will make the battle a lot more difficult. The boss will rotate around the castle, making it easy for you to miss. Three more hits and the boss will be defeated for good. Adding all the hits required together, you must hit the boss nine times. After that, the head will fall off, and you win (Boss Key x 7).

But... Creepy Castle is NOT the last level; you still need to collect one more Boss Key to complete the game. Say good-bye to Creepy Castle, and head to K. Lumsy's prison. The seventh lock will open, and the mouth of K. Rool's island will open up completely.

DK Isles: Golden Banana #5Edit

Unfortunately, you're not ready for Hideout Helm yet. You still have a lot to do in DK Isles. As Tiny Kong, Monkeyport to the top of K. Rool Island. Capture the Banana Fairy up there (Banana Fairy x 17), then enter the Hideout Helm lobby. Activate Bananaport Pad 1, so that other Kongs can enter the door to Hideout Helm.

Tag out Donkey Kong, and use the Sniper Scope to shoot the Coconut Switch. A bridge will appear above the lava, and it'll lead to Kasplat. Defeat it (Blueprint x 36), but don't fall into the lava; it's deadly. Now get out and jump down. If you land in the water, you'll be safe. Next, go up and swing on the vines to Snide's HQ (Golden Banana x 180).

Before going on, have Chunky throw the boulder, then get ready for...

Battle Arena #8: Bish Bash BrawlEdit

Your eighth Battle Arena. Here, you fight three different enemies -- an armed skeleton, a Kremling and a Kasplat all together. Survive this battle for 60 seconds (Battle Crown x 8).

DK Isles: Golden Banana #6Edit

Diddy Kong is next. Find the Diddy Pad, and Simian Spring up to...

Batty Barrel Bandit 3Edit

You only get 40 seconds this time. Get three jackpots, all Bananas (Golden Banana x 181).

DK Isles: Golden Banana #7Edit

Jump down into the water, then swim back to the main area. Tag out Chunky Kong, and use Bananaport Pad 2 to get to the Angry Aztec temple. Have Chunky throw out the boulder holding the Trombone Pad. Next, have Lanky Kong play his trombone on the pad. A Diddy Barrel will appear.

Tag back Diddy Kong, Lanky. Now that you're Diddy Kong, use Bananaport Pad 3 to take a shortcut to the cannon. Blast yourself to the island, and enter the Fungi Forest cabin. Shoot the mushroom floating on the ceiling, as Diddy, Donkey, Lanky, Chunky, and Tiny Kong.

The mushroom will disappear, and a door will open, revealing a Chunky Pad. With the Gorilla Gone ability, enter your ninth Battle Arena...

Battle Arena #9: Forest FracasEdit

It's the same battle as Bish Bash Brawl, obviously (Battle Crown x 9).

Now tag out Diddy Kong again, use the Rocketbarrel Boost to fly to a nearby island, and shoot the Peanut Switch. Another Golden Banana is yours (Golden Banana x 182).

DK Isles: Golden Banana #8Edit

Jump down, then blast yourself back to the Fungi Forest island. Jump inside the Rocketbarrel Boost, and fly high above DK Island. Time for another bonus game:

Peril Path Panic 3Edit

Save 10 fairies from the Klaptraps within 60 seconds (Golden Banana x 183).

DK Isles: Golden Banana #9Edit

Go to the Crystal Caves lobby. Jump inside the only Diddy Barrel, and fly up to the Guitar Pad. Play your instrument for a free delivery (Golden Banana x 184).

DK Isles: Golden Banana #10Edit

This one's in the Creepy Castle lobby. First, have Donkey Kong open the gate for you with the Coconut Shooter. Now defeat the jailed Kasplat for your 37th Blueprint, then go back to Snide's HQ for something in return (Golden Banana x 185).

DK Isles: Golden Banana #11Edit

Tiny Kong, you're up next. Start by taking Bananaport Pad 5 to the Banana Fairy Island. Go around and shoot the Feather Switch. A Golden Banana is there waiting for you (Golden Banana x 186).

DK Isles: Golden Banana #12Edit

Next requires the help of Diddy Kong. While you're in the Angry Aztec lobby, have him Chimpy Charge the two gongs, then as Tiny Kong, Ponytail Twirl to the Bonus Barrel.

Big Bug Bash 4Edit

A bit easier than before. Swat 8 flies within 60 seconds (Golden Banana x 187).

DK Isles: Golden Banana #13Edit

Go back to the Frantic Factory lobby. Have Chunky break open the crate with a Kasplat, then defeat it for your 38th Blueprint. Return it to Snide for yet another prize (Golden Banana x 188).

DK Isles: Golden Banana #14Edit

It's in the Gloomy Galleon lobby. If you want this Golden Banana, you need the Super Simian Slam. As Chunky Kong, slam it down, and a gate will open. Switch back to Tiny Kong, and Ponytail Twirl to the Tiny Barrel. Now that you've shrunk, swim through the small hole and backflip to collect your Golden Banana (Golden Banana x 189), then swim back out.

DK Isles: Golden Banana #15Edit

This requires the Monkeyport. Get up to the top of K. Rool Island, and play your Saxophone Slam. You'll get another delivery (Golden Banana x 190), and in addition, a Chunky Barrel will appear on a plain island with one palm tree.

DK Isles: Golden Banana #16Edit

Lanky Kong is next up. Go around K. Lumsy's island and shoot the Grape Switch. Inside is another Golden Banana (Golden Banana x 191).

DK Isles: Golden Banana #17Edit

Jump inside the Lanky Barrel, and use the OrangSprint to run quickly on your hands to the switch. The gate will open, and you'll have eight seconds to reach your prize (Golden Banana x 192). Before you leave, dig out the dirt pile, but it's probably unnecessary anyway, since you've bought everything you need.

DK Isles: Golden Banana #18Edit

Go to the Jungle Japes lobby. Have Chunky lift the boulder and throw it aside, then switch back to Lanky and play your instrument for a free prize (Golden Banana x 193).

DK Isles: Golden Banana #19Edit

This one's in the Crystal Caves lobby. Defeat Kasplat in one of the caves for your 39th Blueprint, and go to Snide for Golden Banana number 194.

DK Isles: Golden Banana #20Edit

In the Creepy Castle lobby. Once again, have Chunky throw out the boulder, then tag Lanky Kong back out. Inflate, and float up to the top. Dig out the dirt pile if you want to, then jump inside the Bonus Barrel.

Searchlight Seek 4Edit

Defeat 10 Klaptraps within 60 seconds in the dark. Jump down (Golden Banana x 195) after you're done, but unless you get a good aim, you'll easily fall into the green lava.

DK Isles: Golden Banana #21Edit

Last one to collect his Golden Bananas is Chunky Kong. Shoot the Pineapple Switch feet away from Bananaport Pad 3 for your first one (Golden Banana x 196).

DK Isles: Golden Banana #22Edit

On the palm island that's closest to Banana Fairy Island. Take a picture of the Banana Fairy first (Banana Fairy x 18). Jump inside the Chunky Barrel, and with your Super Duper Simian Slam, pound on the X. Another rock will explode, revealing another shiny treasure (Golden Banana x 197).

DK Isles: Golden Banana #23Edit

For this next one, take Bananaport Pad 2 to reach the Angry Aztec temple, and remove the boulder that's holding your Music Pad. Play your Triangle Trample, and you'll get one last delivery from Squawks (Golden Banana x 198).

DK Isles: Golden Banana #24Edit

It's your last Blueprint ever, and it's in the Gloomy Galleon lobby. Defeat the Kasplat, then deliver it to Snide (Golden Banana x 199). What will happen then is that the blueprints will emerge into one color, with a green check on the whole print. It's a map of how K. Rool's machine can be stopped. You can even play minigames just for fun.

DK Isles: Golden Banana #25Edit

You're almost ready for Hideout Helm; you just need to collect one more Golden Banana. As Chunky Kong, disappear on the Chunky Pad, then hurry and head to the left and swing on the vines to play one last minigame:

Kremling Kosh 4Edit

The most difficult and most pathetic of all. You must hit 28 Kremlings within 60 seconds, and you'll probably end with more than 50 seconds wasted.

After the challenge, grab your prize (Golden Banana x 200), then swing back, go around, and swing on the vines in the center. Remember that if you fall in the lava, you'll be sent back to the entrance door to the lobby. Activate the other Bananaport Pad 1 before you enter.

Hideout HelmEdit

You'll have 10 minutes plus one minute per Blueprint to stop the Blast-O-Matic from exploding on time. That gives you a maximum of 50 minutes. Start by activate the only Bananaport Pad in the level. You'll also have unlimited Crystal Coconuts at all times here. Tag out Lanky Kong, and use the Orangstand to climb up the hills. Next, have Chunky Kong shoot the Pineapple Switch to reveal a new path. Now, any Kong can swing on the vines, but it's over deadly lava, so it's best to use Chunky Kong... just to not waste time.

Tiny Kong's job here is to use the Mini-Monkey and find the hole, which will lead to where the machine is. Now tag out Donkey Kong and pull the lever. DK Stars will appear, but they'll disappear after 60 seconds, so hurry and get Diddy Kong, then use the Rocketbarrel Boost to fly through all the stars.

Five doors will open, but four of them are blocked by wire gates. Tag out Chunky Kong and punch them all down. First, go to Donkey Kong's area, and play the Bongo Blast. You'll be playing two very difficult mini games. In the first one, you must jump into the Barrel Blasters and hit three targets within 30 seconds. In the other mini game, you must hit 18 enemies in a very fast speed within 30 seconds, and you cannot collide with the power pylons.

Every time you're done, a Banana Medal will appear, and you don't even have to collect any Bananas, 'cause there aren't any in Hideout Helm (Banana Medal x 36). Chunky Kong's turn is coming up. Play the Triangle Trample, then go inside. The first mini game isn't too hard. As Hunky Chunky, chop down the crate with the Kremling in it, then defeat that Kremling. On the other hand, the other mini game is not easy. Use the Sniper Scope to hit five Kremlings within 30 seconds, and don't jump off the crate.

Claim your medal (Banana Medal x 37), then move on with Tiny Kong. Find the Saxophone Pad, and play your instrument. You're ready to play the mini games. The first one can be frustrating. You must Ponytail Twirl through the Stars without landing on the floor, and the end goal is a switch. The other mini game involves jumping high on mushrooms and twirling through three Stars, within 30 seconds. After you're done, grab the medal and get out (Banana Medal x 38).

Next up, it's Lanky Kong. Find the Trombone Pad, and start playing your trombone on it. In the first mini game, use the OrangSprint ability to locate the switch in a big maze, then head for the checkered flag, within 25 seconds. In the other mini game, defeat three bees with your Grape Shooter, within 30 seconds. After the challenge, grab your medal and move on (Banana Medal x 39).

Last is Diddy Kong. Fly up to the fifth door that only Diddy can reach, and play your guitar on the Music Pad. First, defeat the Kremling that turned on the switch, then turn it off. Finally, within 45 seconds, with your Rocketbarrel Boost, shoot at four Peanut Switches while in midair, then stomp on the switch on the ground. After you have claimed your last Banana Medal (Banana Medal x 40), the machine will be completely turned off, and the K. Rool door will open.

Before you go anywhere, fly up to the top of the machine and play one more Battle Arena challenge:

Battle Arena #10: Shockwave ShowdownEdit

For 1 1/2 minutes, survive against two Kasplats and a Kremling. When there's 15 seconds left, a third Kasplat will appear in the ring.

After you've completed the last Battle Arena challenge (Battle Crown x 10), jump down, and risk yourself into losing one piece of the health meter. Now climb up the stairs and take the path to where the K. Rool door opened, and activate the other Bananaport Pad. To move on, you'll need four Battle Crowns (but you already have them all).

Noticing that the Kongs are trailing him, K. Rool will disappear, and go to his computer room. He'll take out a vehicle. As you move on, to open the final door, you'll need the Nintendo and Rareware Coins. Inside the small room, there's two Banana Fairies and the last Boss Key. Capture both fairies in one frame, and you've got yourself all 20 Banana Fairies required for the 101%. This implies that you can hold a maximum of 40 Crystal Coconuts and 30 uses of the Banana Camera Film. To end your walkthough, just collect the eighth Boss Key, then leave Hideout Helm.

Before you go to K. Lumsy's prison, visit Banana Fairy Island for a while. The Banana Fairy will be very happy now, and will open the door holding a big surprise -- a special Golden Banana with the Rareware sticker on it (Golden Banana x 201).

Your last destination -- K. Lumsy's prison. After the eighth lock falls, the cage will go up, and K. Lumsy will be free. As for K. Rool, he'll take off in his vehicle, and with his Plan B, he'll try to destroy DK Island inside. K. Lumsy, however, chases it, and after playing around with it a little, he falls in the ocean, and K. Rool's vehicle crashes on the ground.

Boss #8: The One and Only K. RoolEdit

Take Bananaport Pad 3, and jump inside the battle entrance. I hope you're prepared for the fight, 'cause there's five rounds in this battle. And yes, K. Rool is the real Hideout Helm boss.

In Round 1, Donkey Kong goes first. K. Rool will jump high from the ground and land with shockwaves. Backflip three times to avoid getting hit. Cannons will appear. Jump inside one to start aiming at K. Rool's face. When his gloves are up, fire at once, and he'll be knocked backwards. After four direct hits, you'll win the first round.

Diddy Kong is next in Round 2. And it's totally not like the Dogadon battle in Angry Aztec, for the entire perimeter of the platform is covered by ropes, which prevent you from falling off. What K. Rool would acutally do is take off his glove and spin it around. A Diddy Barrel will appear shortly. Jump inside, and K. Rool will start to spin his glove around directly at you. The goal is to shoot all the targets until the lights go off, and if you don't finish within 3 minutes, something bad will happen.

Anyways, the battle ends with the light falling on K. Rool's head, blinding him. Lanky Kong's round is up next. Avoid K. Rool for about 10 seconds, then long-punch the number 1. Four Music Pads will appear. Play your Trombone Tremor on one of them, and make sure it's the one that causes K. Rool to slip on a banana peel. This will save you time. After you punch all four numbers and play your trombone on each corner, the round will end with K. Rool down a third time.

Two rounds left. Tiny Kong participates here, in Round 4. K. Rool needs help getting the light off his head, before the fight begins. After that's done, K. Rool will jump high and land on the platform with huge shockwaves, more than any other boss can throw. Use your Ponytail Twirl to survive. After a Tiny Barrel appears, go inside the boot of K. Rool. Avoid his filthy toes, and just shoot all four of them until they are all swollen. Each time one toe is swollen, you'll be sent flying out of the shoe.

The final round is the most difficult of all. Chunky Kong will face his second and last boss, who is even harder than Dogadon's twin brother back in Fungi Forest. K. Rool will start by bouncing along the ropes, and you, you must quickly head for the switch. Slam it, and Gorilla Gone pads will appear. Use it, and K. Rool will appear visible. A Chunky Barrel will appear. You cannot move, so you'll have to Primate Punch K. Rool's face each time he plunges straight at you. If you miss, he'll punch you, and you'll lose one piece of your health meter. The third time you have to punch him, he'll turn invisible at all times. On the fourth and final time, he'll still stay invisible, but also run in a zigzag.

That is the end of K. Rool... almost, though. He wakes up again, and is about to attack Chunky Kong for good, until he gets distracted by Candy Kong. Then Funky Kong appears and fires a boot at K. Rool, butting him out of the ring, and sending him flying over DK Island and landing inside K. Lumsy's former prison, getting beaten up by someone, and sent flying again behind his island.

EndingEdit

The ending shows all the characters that starred in the game. And if you have completed the entire game, up to 101%, you will see a secret ending, with K. Lumsy swimming in the ocean and everyone's riding on him. After that's done, we cut to a white background with nothing but auditions. Many scenes are done here.
