I want to tell you all that I'm not lying about the region coding on this DVD. I tested it on my Region 2 DVD player, and it truly worked. That means if you're in Japan or anywhere else in the world, you can still play this DVD, just for a demo purpose.

The first time you play the disc, you will see the warning screen seen on all of 4Kids Entertainment's DVDs from the 2000s decade, the 1999 4Kids Entertainment logo, the 1994 Funimation Entertainment logo, then the main menu.

Each episode is split into six scenes, and they play in this order -- the first scene, the opening, the next three scenes, and finally, the closing. You also have the option of turning the subtitles on or off. The DVD claims to have closed captioning, but that's not true. There are NO closed captions on this DVD, so it has to use subtitles.

Instead of "Special Features" or "Bonus Material", you would actually see "More Kirby" on the main menu, where if you click here, you get three bonus features -- Who's Who in Cappy Town, Kirbyoke, and a preview for Kirby: Nightmare in Dream Land for Game Boy Advance.

There's also a sneak peek for Vol. 2: A Dark and Stormy Knight, as well as added attractions, such as What's Inside the FoxBox? (released on September 7, 2002), the website (which is now demolished), and Cubix.
